    @SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

    Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

    @SkyUK are there if you want to purchase something but if you have a problem with what you have bought you are on your own......no help available at all. Would not recommend.

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam hi what's the phone number to get through to cancel my subscription please? Sick of phoning up and talking to a bot. I'd like to speak to a real person. And how come you can't get good deals anymore? Loyal customers don't seem to get good deals just new customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam To me that doesn’t state sky tv, it just states existing sky customer. That would include broadband. Maybe worth making it more obvious from the get go 👍

    @kirst10fs @SkyHelpTeam It’s domestic broadband so when its down you either need to not moan about not being able to WFH and get yourself into the office or you need to pay for a business line that then gives you some right to complain

    Absolute shocking service today from @SkyHelpTeam service meant to be installed today Partner took time off work, @btopenreach installed fibre to house, Sky did not send the Hub. No support, persons in Sky would put me through to a manager. Saying I have to wait for 24 hours

    @StevenBrydon2 @SkyHelpTeam Whats great about this is that if this is the “fourth day” then its actually the first working day which means you’ll not be getting a penny unless its not resolved by Wednesday. Lets hope, for the sake of your poor attitude, it’s resolved tomorrow for maximum disruption to you

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all of that, it says all is fine and when it is on it is fast as normal. Open reach have reported there is a fibre cable problem in our area. Talk Talk are reporting it to their customers but it sounds like nothing has been reported to you.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband has been down for hours. My neighbour have the same issue. I’ve raised an issue they said over a week for an engineer! Not acceptable. What is going on?!
