    @SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

    @SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @MaryKateColette @SkyHelpTeam Hope Sky get this fault sorted soon so you can get your call. I used to be with Tesco mobile and hardly had any signal issues. Been with Sky mobile for 14 months and it’s happened several times

    @SkyUK get a tad pissed off with the mobile service now after a week of issues. The mast was supposedly fixed but my signal and data are still dropping in and out all the time. Not loving paying for a service I can't use....
