@SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks @SkyHelpTeam. I have been speaking to various people through the customer support line, they said it’s an issue with open reach and might need an engineer to come and take a look inside the property. The signal/line keeps cutting out randomly where the lights go orange

@SkyHelpTeam They said everything was ok, all seemed fine. I have just been on the phone now and they said there seems to be a problem in my area. I pushed 1 on my keypad and they said they’d text me when this was resolved. Do we know how long this takes?
