@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkySports Leeds managed it! Elsewhere in the world players/clubs have managed it... PFA seem to be saying that players are only taking full pay to help the govt and NHS. Laughable.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband and phone line went down this morning as a result of open reach engineers doing works in my street. I was advised at lunchtime by the engineer it would be fixed within an hour. I'm still waiting can can't get through to anyone to talk to.
