    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    @SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

    @SkyHelpTeam With all due respect you've made it literally impossible for my father to cancel. Forcing those grieving to jump through your stupid hoops. He tried to cancel over the phone and you forced him to wait for another team, who refused to accept his cancellation. @MartinSLewis

    @SkySportsPL This guy is on SkySports out of pity. He should be nowhere near there. Mane wanted to leave, he had a bad season for Liverpool, and isn't on fire for Bayern either. The fact this guy so easily puts the issues on one absent player is shocking. Get rid.

    @ElizaSimmer @SkyHelpTeam @SkyGroup It’s crap. And I pay a lot! There is a brand new 5G tower a few hundred metres away, internet is better through that. I keep wondering whether that has nicked all our wifi speeds… 🤔 Sky just say “you have too many devices” absolute nonsense.

    @AmboManJake @SkyHelpTeam @SkyGroup That wounds like bs, they should be able to fix it and I doubt its due to your devices. But it could be that the 5g is robbing the Internet but still.. I'm with sky and we aren't too bad but they did say once that they do cap the WiFi so you end up buying more.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you help, we seem to be getting a lot more issues with Sky Glass, certain channels pop up with technical error messages saying they’re currently not available, there’s more buffering as well and I’ve had to turn the TV off at the mains when it crashes.

    @SkyHelpTeam worst customer service ever!, rang twice and each time put on hold because they finished at 9 oclock and didnt wanna speak on the phone bare in mind i rang at 8:30! Both advisors each time put me on hold then phone down
