@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

@SkyHelpTeam There is an complain escalated to OpenReach, AGAIN! So the only info I got from your customer services is I have to wait for them to sort out the issue with my line AGAIN. So this was yesterday after 1 month and 3 technicians, still no internet, no phone and half tv service!

@SkyHelpTeam You can’t tell me that hundreds of people on our Facebook site ( as of 5 mins ago) are still without internet, but it is our problem. We can’t all have router issues and need engineers out.
