    @SkyHelpTeam Attempting to buy the PPV fight, it’s saying I’m unable to purchase the fight, saying talk to the providers, been on phone to you, said to go to BT rang them being passed to and from with no solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @Ofcom worst broadband ever... should be 500mb line and barely get half that speed...sky response is the line is fine ... not their problem... Great customer service .... promising minimum 400mb which cant even deliver.. won't be recommending this broadband...
