You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. They tried stitching me up by agreeing a deal on text chat & then reneged, but I’d screen shotted the message exchange. Threatened U.K. legal action, soon backed down. They’re sharks.

It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.
