    @Angriper @virginmedia @SkyUK If I could get Sky here (at least decent speeds) I'd have switched years ago mate. Although, the way things are going, I'd be better off with poor download speed and uptime, rather than super fast speeds and always down.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I would say literally 100’s of times over the last 8 weeks. First because of very slow speeds and over the last few weeks because of being repeatedly disconnected. There’s a guy in the BT box at the top of the road, I guess everyone is having problems and complaining.

    .@SkyUK absolutely shocking service. New customer. Failed to turn up on Monday for Broadband - reappointed for today, still didn’t come. Didn’t call to advise. Next date is the 28th!!!! Asked to be put through to disconnections and after 5 more minutes I’ve been cut off! Awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to an “adviser”yesterday about a reoccurring issue with tv box going on and off and not working for hours on end. Got an engineer coming out in......7 days time. Not good enough!

    @SkyHelpTeam i've tried changing the channels to all of them, still the same issue. I'm getting this issue on everything, WiFi and Ethernet. The connection just drops from 20-30mbps to 5mbps-2mbps when on the sky site it says 79mbps.

    @SkyUK how do I go about cancelling my TV subscription but keep my broadband? Never watch the TV anymore. And paying £76.99 a month for non HD sky is an absolute joke.

    @marieclaire3487 I don't think there's anything scabby about it, they're unable to provide a service that you are currently paying for!, I'd be doing exactly the same thing...I also did so with skysports back when lockdown began and there's was very little sport on TV

    @SkyHelpTeam my Internet has been intermittent and slow for the past few weeks. I've been with Sky Broadband for the majority of the past 10 years and never had problems with it. If it can't be resolved I'll have to switch supplier, please advise what the issue is?
