@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

@SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

@Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

@SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow, which no doubt will be a one liner again. We have been trying to speak to someone to get accurate answers as to when the issue will be resolved, not a vague one liner. Normal times we would be more chilled but it’s affecting our ability to work and run our businesses.
