@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam hi, don't worry, nothing to do with broadband being down :) just wondering, is there any reason why, once in a while, our mini Sky Q box can't maintain a TV image? It shows the feed for a second or 2, then blank, then shows...fixed by switching on and off but weird.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, that was 20hrs ago. I'd already checked that and followed all of your guidance. It's up and running again now. For future reference, to qualify for automatic refunds, do I have to wait on over 1hr telephone queues to notify you of an issue? Seems an odd process.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we have done all the normal things and have been on the phone to your experts for hours but they have no answer and we have been given some money back it’s still frustrating paying for a service that isn’t fulfilling what it says can achieve
