@SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

@SkyHelpTeam I just find it extremely irritating when Sky just refuse to take any responsibility for their poor service. Its always something the customer is doing wrong. I had no issues with out standard sky broadband previously, always had full speed to all devices. Since having.. (1 of 2)

@SkyHelpTeam ..SkyQ and fibre installed have had none stop issues. So it seems the problem is with your new router and/or SkyQ. Theres absolutely no point in having fast speed to the hub if the hub cant send that speed to devices.

@SkyHelpTeam I did this but the picture quality is the same, also tried my downstairs Sky Mini Box and that is same quality too. It’s the Sky Mini boxes what are crap quality even my friend @NatashaSpucia has noticed a difference too.
