    @SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

    @SkyHelpTeam Ermm, I have no Internet when I woke up. The issues affecting my service are for the north. It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. I’ve just renewed my contract which is now under review… seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems ok this morning after rebooting but every night the WiFi signal to internet is broke for at least an hour this has been happening for at least 2 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @skyhelpteam Hi, trying to redeem my free Apple TV with the VIP app - have logged in from the redeem link using my Apple ID, get sent to the T&C page but no option to accept so I can't go any further. I try to click on the support option in the VIP app and nothing happens...

    @SkyUK I used your web chat service today to request an engineer to visit to move the WiFi installation, that the engineer said he would do FOC if he had to come back... I was told it would be £60. This was then waived... I was promised a call from an engineer to confirm....

    @AFC_Gooner_Mark @SkySports I think it's disgusting Sky didn't buy a controlling stake in the PL and ensure every fixture worked around Mark's son's GCSE schedule. It's also disgusting the GCSEs randomly happened in May this year. Why can't they be at the same time every year? **** Sky, **** PL, **** AQA.
