Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

@SkyUK seriously it’s half term have a 17 yr old and WiFi down now all day!!! Not at all impressed - minimal communication given about the problem or when it is likely to be resolved B98!!!

@leighbowers @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Honestly 💩 !! This along with every time we have a bad down pour the internet crashes 😑…need some fibre optic to the box in my life !!!! And some semi decent customer service …gotta be better than none at all!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @i_am_bmiller Pointless saying to do that. Just says there's no problem. But there clearly I'd as so many people across the country are experiencing either no broadband or it dropping in and out. I've had nothing for hours.

@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

@SkyHelpTeam It appears Sky glass has an issue, multiple programs are no longer available to view and the playlist option has lost multiple programs, FBI, Westworld to name a couple.

@SkyUK network maintenance for over 2 weeks? Been having regular drops from 4/5g to no signal for atleast a week now, your coverage checker says it will last until 1st September? Not good enough when it drops 10/20 times a day. Will you be compensating for the lack of service?

my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

@SkyHelpTeam Connection check confirmed all is good. Which is frustrating as it absolutely is not. I upgraded to the best speed I could get to make sure I didn’t have issues along with a booster but I still have as bad internet as I did before with you
