Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I completely understand why so many people HATE sky, they are absolutely shocking. If I send you a email in ENGLISH, the least I would appreciate is the person reading/responding can also read/write in English, telling me what I wrote in the email doesn't help

We can look at our own club and see the tests for take over clubs is not fit for purpose. We can use #avfc as another example club that nearly went under trying to get back in the prem. 70% of the issue is money from TV never goes to anyone.. #Bury #bolton #wba #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam 3hrs without sky because my dish cannot cope when it rains. I’ve had to go though my failed recordings to see if they are on again to record them. If it rains again and knocks my sky out I will be putting in a formal complaint and demanding compensation.

Today I had to call up @SkyUK to inform them of my grandmothers passing and disconnect a phone number that I've been calling for 41 years. It broke my heart. Then an hour later I get a text on my phone, addressing her, to offer a new package deal. WTF Sky?! Where's your heart?

@SkyHelpTeam It said that there's a problem let's try to fix it for you, went through the process and while the broadband itself is fine, connection etc it said our speed wasn't as fast as it should be. I took a screenshot of it if that will help?
