So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

@SkyHelpTeam my internet and voice calls are down. It doesn’t seem to be reflected on my service app but resetting the router has had no impact. Can you confirm outage in BN11? Second time in 6 months!
