-
Christopher Cummings (@brummingham) reported from Birmingham, England@SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.
-
Jason L (@Sabbathan77) reported from Dudley, England@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam Thankfully we’ve not been hit financially as many have & I suppose the inevitable price rises are something that every @SkyUK user has come to expect. Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib
-
David Middleton (@SOTV_1982) reported from Birmingham, EnglandWhen your broadband is forever dropping out resulting in engineer visits, then @SkyUK email you telling you they’re upping the cost. Absolute joke increasing the cost with no extra service provided!!
-
Rich Jeff (@richbaggie) reported from West Bromwich, England@SkyHelpTeam This appears to be a wider problem and not personal to me. Surely this means it's a problem your end so a visit from an engineer is pointless.
-
Mark Hulme.💀 (@MarkHulme_) reported from Willenhall, England@SkyHelpTeam Well it’s available to watch and download on the #All4 app, just not through the #All4 menu section on my Sky box so isn’t that an issue with your services then?
-
lisa (@misslmassey) reported from Birmingham, England@sldf26 @SkyUK I’ve spoken to a friend who lives 3 miles away and he has no issues. It’s bloody annoying, especially when you’re paying £100+ a month
-
H (@_Hmedds) reported from West Bromwich, EnglandA little bit of bad weather and my internet just don’t work. It’s 2021 @SkyUK are you not embarrassed??
-

-
lisa (@misslmassey) reported from Birmingham, England@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?
-

-
OliveGameStudio (@olivegamestudio) reported from West Bromwich, England@SkyHelpTeam Ermm, I have no Internet when I woke up. The issues affecting my service are for the north. It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. I’ve just renewed my contract which is now under review… seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?
-
Steve Bickley (@BickleySteve) reported from Willenhall, EnglandHow **** @SkySports have adverts on a PPV event #MayweatherPaul
-

-
Antonia Fray (@Antonia_Dobson) reported from Redditch, England@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running
-

JoergWeisen (@jweisen164383) reported@SkySports Infantino’s leadership of FIFA is a nightmare for football fans. His conduct during the last World Cup, and now the plan to sell World Cup stakes to private investors, is the final straw. UEFA is right to take a stand. Football belongs to the fans. Infantino should step down.
-
21 (@2wentyone01) reported@Arsenall__ @theMadridZone @SkySports They never learn
-
Mark senior (@Msenior89Senior) reported@SkySports could you please stop panning to the crowd or players sat on a bench during rugby league coverage. We keep missing action whilst this is happening. Coverage this year, especially camera work had been absolutely dreadful! Magic weekend was terrible and its not improving
-
Paul Steven (@PaulStevenUK) reported@SkyHelpTeam MySky VIP might as well cancel the Treat On Us. Third week in a row and out of treats. Just cancel it instead of infuriating me.
-
Victor Olomu (@DeoJ2010) reported@David_Ornstein @TheAthleticFC If only Skysports @SkyFootball can do a proper job. Poor and lazy journalism
-
Tommyknocker67 (@tommyknocker67) reported@gavsuave @SkySports @PoliceScotland Poor flower you must be traumaised away and lay down
-
Alan (@AlanAvm1502) reported@Bantamigo88 @SkyHelpTeam Sky router is ****,
-
me (@ashby_tim) reported@neilTheMagpie @SkySports They make money off reaction, of course they're going to do it. And when Neil retweets it, they're making even more money. Best thing you can do is ignore it, don't give it any interaction. Because the more they get, the more they do it. And our fans are awful for getting upset
-
Bubs (@slf_toon) reported@SkySports instead of using content like this to help 'some' clubs tap up players. Its getting boring now.
