@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

@burge2u @SkySports I totally agree with you. Always thought bournemouth were OK under howe, until I was sat by the dugout for a villa bournemouth game. He's a nasty horrible manager. What he was instructing his players to do was disgraceful. Not how football should be done/played in my opinion

@SkyHelpTeam Hi when’s the broadband service due to come back online in Liverpool? Currently it’s down and says online your upgrading the service up until 6am but still no internet. Will it come on automatically once upgraded or does the router require a reset?
