@BristolLive According to @SkyUK, Ofcom only look at Sky talk & internet this story would have no influence if you have Sky TV only. So you can terminate your contract if you have sky Talk or internet but not if it's early Sky TV according to Sky themselves as I,ve been on the phone to them

@Lukedfrt @SkyUK If sky stick to their guns, I'll wait for my contract ends in September & will never return back to them, pulling a stunt like this. Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

@Lukedfrt @SkyUK Well it looks like @SkyUK has got me over a barrel so once my contract ends in September I will definitely say goodbye to them and never ever take Sky television again they did nothing to offer me anything to reduce my monthly bill and yet they can call me a loyal customer

@SkyHelpTeam As I previously explained, the WiFi signal is currently not strong enough for me to be able to conduct a phonecall. Our most recent bill is upwards of £80. Please don’t tell me that restricts us to only being able to get help by phone, doesn’t grant the WiFi required to call.
