    @RHopcraft I was originally hopeful for VAR but it is sucking the soul out of football more than Skysports. VAR sucks and is not working in its current form. Get rid or a total rethink is required. Preferably the former.

    @SkyHelpTeam please help. I’ve just called in my broadband that I called in 2 weeks ago to find nothing has been done. Another engineer booked all I want is my broadband I pay for to work. Terrible signal and service

    @SkyHelpTeam seems to be a problem with sky go app. Trying to download programmes to phone but apparent not enough space even though 14gb free on phone. Programme is only 25min long

    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    @SkyUK waited in 5 hours for BT Openreach engineer visit only to receive a text at 5:11 to say the “appointment has been missed” whatever that means. Unacceptable service for almost £160 per month. Virgin here we come!

    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn’t answer the question though does it? I was advised that there would be no price increases when I took out a new contract on broadband and TV. Yesterday you increased both, that’s a breach of contract surely? I take it I can cancel without incurring any fines?

Secondly, would you say the same for running a car and the petrol increases? Isn't a car a "luxury"?. My issue is the price increasing MID-CONTRACT.
