Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. When my mum wasn’t budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and they’re just as bad.
