@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam my mother's Sky TV/B'band contract expired. Rang to renew. B'band package forcibly changed by Sky & charging £10 fee to change it! Also charging £10 to change TV package despite being out of contract? Poor service to a loyal customer and pensioner! Why stay???
