    @SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Michelle yes I have a dvd player connected and that's works fine, I'm not an expert but it has to be some kind of issue with sky q box, when I reboot ie disconnected power and turn back on it will work fine, load an app like netflix or disney plus through the sky q box that
