You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

You even had the audacity to ask if he wanted to be put though to the cancellations dept. this is not good enough when he is such a long standing customer I'm afraid.
