@SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

@SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@jamieserplus @SkyHelpTeam Are you still having issues ? Ours keeps intermittently cutting out on certain sky apps and Apple apps. Doesn’t make sense and no problems with our signal.
