@SkyHelpTeam Have reset 4 times now still an issue, can not get to my recordings or record and as before both sky q mini boxes have no signal all are connected to WiFi and the sky q box

@SkyHelpTeam I did that and oh what a disappointment. The technician spent his time trying to sell me a special offer, said everything was working fine and then I spent the next hour trying to reconnect my devices. My Sky App still refers to a problem!
