@SkyHelpTeam I just noticed that I continue to pay you £133 per month. Yet my phone hasn’t worked in a month and you won’t send an engineer from Openreach unless you can extort me into extending my contract. Let me know if you’d like to fix it instead.

@SkyHelpTeam Once again have no internet connection on my sky q box. Only had a new box in May for the same reason. Have tried phoning and keep getting over 1/2 hour wait to speak to someone. Awful service. Can someone please answer me and contact me

@sophb66 @SkyHelpTeam I agree. Whatever you do you'll end up having to call (probably pay for that too), sit on hold then given the runaround. I wish there was a TV option as good as Sky Q but with good customer service, but there isn't.

Apparently Openreach closed my case because I haven't responded to texts which I have NOT received - and no alternative contact has been made. I've had 2 @SkyHelpTeam engineers come over and confirm it's an external issue, but haven't heard a thing from @OpenreachHelp.
