    @goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

    So @SkyHelpTeam, had a 5 hour wait on chat to cancel and ultimately you couldn't help. Called instead, waited for ages, got through to a person making rustling crisp packet sounds to fake a line problem who then hung up. DD is cancelled and I'll let you call me if needed.
