@SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

@SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with sky home move team Called to cancel sky and put back through to the home move to be told nothing can be done. No TV or broadband for 17 days. I will be calling today to cancel sky!

@SkyHelpTeam Internet connection to ITV only is very unstable all other channels including catch ups are fine.

@SkyUK issues with connection persisting despite recent engineer visit. 25 mins on the phone trying to resolve only to be cut off! No way to contact you except sit on hold again. Terrible service!
