Hey @SkyUK Why is my on demand not working? When I try to download I get a message stating "Failed". This is starting to get on my nerves. Perhaps your payment will also soon be "failed". Not happy. 😡

@SkyUK we are unable to download from Sky Atlantic.Seems to be an ongoing issue & having researched it on forums we are not the only ones.We pay a lot of money for Sky & we can’t watch what we are paying for! Please advise

@SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

So it seems as though when you give @SkyUK notice you want to cancel their broadband service in 31 days as per their conditions. They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

@goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

No communication from @SkyHelpTeam @SKYBROADBANDSU1 on outage in Devon which is now a week long. My father is 85 and without broadband/landline. Is it back on in EX1 and if not when will it be?!? Tweeting the same day that all is fixed when it is clearly not isn’t helping us.
