@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

@SkyHelpTeam I am also impacted by the download problem on my Sky Q box using BT Broadband router. Download failed, item unavailable on multiple downloads from catch up or on demand Sky channels. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone to customer services trying various things but no improvement.
