@SkyHelpTeam That's not true. Your help section put me in an endless loop, of unplugging and plugging in the connection between socket and router... totally useless. It was down your end and yet your site said no problems. There was never an option to book an engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam - Renewed our 18m contract last Monday. 5 calls & 2 emails later I’m still not getting the monthly price I was quoted. This happened on my last two contract renewals too. I like the product but these continual problems give me second thoughts about staying with Sky.
