So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam You can't. Ive had technicians out to the house from openreach. They confirm no faults on the line but always on and off. Everyone seems to have constant issues with Sky Broadband. I assume I can leave outside of the cooling off period if the service doesnt work as it should?
