I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

They tried stitching me up by agreeing a deal on text chat & then reneged, but I’d screen shotted the message exchange. Threatened U.K. legal action, soon backed down. They’re sharks.
