@SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

@SkyHelpTeam My elderly mother now has no to at all, no signal can’t ring sky as it says your number is not recognised and then all lines are busy and can’t book an engineer visit? I take it she won’t be charged her monthly Payments untill this is sorted?
