So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam Guys, leaving the admin credentials default like that is one of the single worst security flaws out there. Everyone should change these at the earliest opportunity when receiving their new router! It risks a an attacker gaining access via a compromised device and causing havoc

My 18 month contract with Sky is up at the end of December. I've got a lot of problems with @SkySports and football and boxing are the only reason I subscribe. In that 18 months the quality of the output has been severely run down. I certainly won't be renewing.
