@SkyHelpTeam severe outage in my area. I work from home and rely on the sky service I pay for to be able to do my job. Not happy at all. I can’t really say to my employer, sorry I can’t work today my internet is down.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@SkyHelpTeam Terrible audio de-sync on the sky f1 channel on sky go app, plays the audio for an advert but not the advert so its out of sync by about 10 seconds, makes it unwatchable

If @SkyHelpTeam had any respect for their customers, they would just turn off the workday advert causing the audio sync issues. Will be calling and cancelling on Monday. If I can't watch live, I may as well watch the channel 4 highlights.
