@SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

@SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam My sky fibre keeps showing as connected w/ full internet, but it's clearly not connected to the internet, I've run troubleshooters, I've turned my tech off/on, I never had this problem with my basic broadband and it's really annoying that I upgraded to these problems
