    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with sky home move team Called to cancel sky and put back through to the home move to be told nothing can be done. No TV or broadband for 17 days. I will be calling today to cancel sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I've just spent the best part of an hour on the phone to your broadband team trying to ascertain when it might be fixed. They are blaming Openreach and say the issue lies with them.

    @SkyHelpTeam The message that appears: There's an outage in your area We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner.
