    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam really not happy, got up to my baby last night at 1am and then our wifi went down so we had no access to our baby monitor so we had to get him out of his cot and bring him in our room. 4hrs our wifi was down 1am - 5am, 4hrs we couldnt use our baby monitor for!!!!!!!
