    @SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet connection to ITV only is very unstable all other channels including catch ups are fine.

    My satellite signal has gone off so I can’t watch my telly glad I have @SkyHelpTeam as I can still watch on catch up. The Engineer is coming on the 31st but either comes on before then are you guy I spoke to on Sky Josh was very kind and understanding

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I am trying to connect my Xbox to my Glass Tv. My HDMI is not connecting and not compatible. Have tried all solutions to fix. Puck HDMI supplied by Sky works. Now need an extra HDMI to use with Puck. Can this be supplied ? Ta

    @SkyHelpTeam Still getting MYSKY_2010 error when looking to get Paramount+, been months now. Sky don't seem to care that I am not getting my value for money. Been a customer for nearly 20 years and no consideration to offer an alternative, very poor. Looking elsewhere, had enough

    @Iamcrabstix Good point. Because my neighbours say theirs is working, intermittently. How can all the engineers be off sick? And openreach won't talk to me directly and pass me back to sky. Sky say it's an openreach issue. Agree, my contract is with sky to provide a service.@SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam But they are not helping in that way, hence the tweet. Plus I have to call every day, waiting in a queue .someone should call me! Someone needs to take ownership of this and provide good customer care.
