@SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

@SkySports Well that's a pretty poor reply, firstly, as stated, Klopp didn't have an issue then. Secondly United and City still only had 4 weeks preseason including that extra 1 week and that's not including the 2 weeks lost due to pointless international friendlies

@Joe73647510 @SkySports If I’m being completely honest, I was poch out, Jose in. I do think Poch’s time was up, and looking back on it Jose wasn’t the right decision. For me I’m willing for him to see out the season but if things don’t change drastically it’s gonna be more bad than good to keep him on.
