So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyUK From what I can see, there's less content, you can't record, you have to rely on catchup tv, which isn't always reliable. The biggest issue is that if you have a problem with your Internet, you can't watch anything.

@SkyUK Tried negotiating a new deal as I didn't want to leave Sky but even the cancellations team still wanted me to pay an extra £12 a month for my package. I had no choice but to cancel. So much for 'VIP' customers and treating us for loyalty. It's a big shame.
