    @SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

    @SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

    @SkyUK No, they're useless when the wind isn't blowing, kill birds, are terrible for the environment (tons of concrete required), look awful, require rare earth minerals, and can't be recycled. And they're massively subsidised by the UK taxpayer. So it's a no from me.

    @SuperHotspursfc @PeterWellDone @SkyUK In what way is Virgin untouchable. I paid for 350mb Virgin BB lucky if I got 100mb at any time of day. Was on the phone with a complaint at least once or twice a month with issues. Cancelled went to sky and constantly get 160mbs all day. Not had a problem in 1.5 yrs now.

    @SkyUK Just the extra cost incurred for the package then , already vastly overpriced - I’ve been a Sky Customer since 2004 and while they’ve been helpful when spoken to the prices never go down , considering after my next contract negotiation may just go back to digital only 😞

    @SkyUK As a next gen gamer will this fit my need, if not I will never buy this product. So no advertisement of HDMI, or processing speeds? I feel if you had done it as an app, your neutral carbon argument would of been so much better! plus you would of become accessible to so many #Fail
