@SkyHelpTeam severe outage in my area. I work from home and rely on the sky service I pay for to be able to do my job. Not happy at all. I can’t really say to my employer, sorry I can’t work today my internet is down.

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

Also if you really feel that way, for whatever strange and illogical reason, you can just cancel as you are within your 30 day cooling off period

@SkyHelpTeam My WiFi isn't working despite every time I try to fix through My Sky app it telling me all my connections are fine. No Disney+ etc for my boys to watch. No apps on my phone working unless I use my mobile data. When in next 24 hours will you send someone to fix it?

@SkyHelpTeam If they could learn how to use email then we might be able to arrange a call at a time when I’m not in a meeting or trying to put my three year old twins to bed. If I offered the same level of service to my customers I’d have been fired by now.
