@SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

@SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with sky home move team Called to cancel sky and put back through to the home move to be told nothing can be done. No TV or broadband for 17 days. I will be calling today to cancel sky!

@goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

@SkyHelpTeam What I am really getting at is full fibre fttp is not available to me and noone can tell me if/when that will be available. And to continually see adverts and boasts of better speeds just winds me up. And to add that the money I pay for my 76mbps service is scandalous.

@virginmedia Yes, I have always been able to watch Skysports on my android tablet, until after the recent security update. For info, I can sign in to Skysports app via Virgin TV UK link on my mobile. Seems to be isolated to my tablet. I have unistalled & reinstalled the skysports app

@virginmedia No, not on my Android tablet as I am unable to reach the 'Virgin TV UK' sign in page. Pressing the button on the sign in page has no functionality. However, I can watch Skysports content on my laptop by normal signing in.
