    @SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

    @goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

    @SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

    @StopFundingHate @SkyUK Sky is 1/3 owned by Rupert Murdoch, if their customers don't know, they need to. Sky went change its habits because of the influence of News Corp. Just don't use sky, if you must, get it from BT or Virgin, although they also have their issues.
