Getting fed up with having to continually reboot my @SkyUK sky Q 2tb box. Will work for a couple of days and then freezes, done the remedial work suggested but continues to be a problem. Ffs it’s annoying

@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@SkyHelpTeam It's a known issue within my area that for some reason your engineers are unable to fix . As stated this isn't the 1st time and calling up again will not fix said issue . Just a shame that other service providers in the area seem to be absolutely fine . Makes no sense I know .

@SkyUK disgraceful service - customer for 25 years plus - last 8 years no wifi in 4 rooms - continuous loss of signal - no full use of recordable boxes - recently visited by engineer - no help - half the speed - and now a big leaving bill !!! JOKE !

@SkyUK I have had next to no broadband for nearly a month. Advised to pay for a Sky booster. Did that made no difference. Had 2 engineer's out. Still not fixed. Supposedly calling me today at 2. No call, crap WiFi. Good job!
