Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

Getting fed up with having to continually reboot my @SkyUK sky Q 2tb box. Will work for a couple of days and then freezes, done the remedial work suggested but continues to be a problem. Ffs it’s annoying

@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

@SkyHelpTeam hello, still no fix on the pixelating... 3 months and now you want to charge me more to watch pixelating! I did ask about a credit to my account to make up for the poor service I’m receiving, no reply. Seriously thinking of leaving.

@SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam I did and they told me exactly what I’ve told you. It keeps dropping there is no issue at home or the lines and we’re going to get back to me about open reach two weeks ago and surprise surprise nothing. So pay for a service and if it’s rubbish tough luck?

@SkyHelpTeam Disgusting service, no internet no phone line and earliest anybody can investigate is next Tuesday!!! Who shall I invoice for loss of earnings as my partner works from home. That’s 3 days loss of earnings!!!

@SkyHelpTeam my tv contract ends 16 may, do I need to wait until 16 April to give the notice to cancel my account? Or can I do this now. After 28 years not doing another 18 month contract.
