@SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

@SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

@SkyHelpTeam worse day with broadband since we signed up yesterday. Internet cuts off every 15-20 mins. Can’t do anything, tried rebooting, resetting - we’re constantly having problems with dropped internet but this is ridiculous.
