@SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

Getting fed up with having to continually reboot my @SkyUK sky Q 2tb box. Will work for a couple of days and then freezes, done the remedial work suggested but continues to be a problem. Ffs it’s annoying

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

What's with @SkySports obsession with showing Watford on Sky. Sky Sports proper gone down hill. Lost La Liga, Champions League, don't have most big boxing fights. Lost England away test matches. Yet they'll show same footy match on 3 channels. Baffling
