    @SkyHelpTeam my girlfriend is a key worker doing the test and trace. We have little to no broadband and your website/phone number offers no help other than "sort it yourself" can I speak to a human to get this working!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

    @SkyUK Having issues with my Sky Q and mini box! I’ve had Sky Q for a few years now connected to Virgin broadband and never had ay issues. I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, if you could let us know how best to contact you, other than by phone, as your website tells us this is the only option to downgrade or cancel. Your call handler put us through after 25 minutes to the retention team where it all fell down.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done that. It tells me to call SKY and then it is an automated service that does not help. This is costing me money. I just want to downgrade or cancel completely. It’s ridiculous that a huge company like Sky hasn’t got someone I can speak to easily.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Nathan, Thanks for responding, how do I check my speed on mysky? I can only see a check status? The drop in speeds is honestly nuts. I can be on SM, and hubby watching film - no issues then suddenly after 5pm I cant upload a picture and his stream dies. Somethings not right.
