    @SkyHelpTeam please can you try and help with my mini box pixelating when watching recordings back? My boxes are already both on the same standby mode settings. Please send me a mini box hdmi cable and if this doesn’t work please replace my boxes. It’s no fun watching tv anymore

    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. On my mobile I have never been able to scroll left or right to see TV viewings. It's only ever worked when using a laptop. Don't know how it works for you. I use an android phone. Never worked for me.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't think it's an issue I can fix. It's how the software works. It's the same across everyone who has sky q. I'm just making a suggestion that maybe it'll be useful if sky can change this. On the sky fourm there's a lot of people complaining about the same issue
