    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just about had enough of sky now, our internet has been dropping out and/ or slow for weeks and now we’ve had no internet since 4 o’clock. Great value for money at almost £100 a month .........not 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam understand you are stretched as all services are. However you planned to install sky today - my 73 yr mother cancelled current provider - no show from Sky despite email day before. Now she will have no broadband, Tv or phone service whilst isolated. Any suggestions

    @SkyHelpTeam I have finally had my broadband installed today. I can't for the life of me get my upstairs sky box to work though. It's telling me to press the home button when the screen goes blank but nothing happens. Just a no signal message from my TV. Would've been handy to

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

    @TheSharpeEnd I will cancel my sky subscription as soon as possible. @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely useless. Sick to death of their inability to help or advise. Can’t get through online or via telephone. Over £110 a month we spend with Sky and the service we get back is a disgrace!

    @SkySports There's millions of quids in the football industry. Mainly from TV subscription channels The league's should distribute that fairly before asking the hard pressed taxpayer to bail them out There are far more important industries than football that have more urgent need of help

Paying for something you're not getting! 😤🤬 They've just put other parts of their subscription up too, great timing!

    @SkyHelpTeam When i try to call someone or they try to call me it comes up call failed or when i text or someone texts me it says sending failed then after awhile it will start to work again and then after awhile again it stops working again. Its only happened since the emergency alarm

    @pjw19681 @SkySports The worse bit about premier league refereeing is that it’s bad even after having the chance to double check. The penalty given against us at the weekend was laughable, I’ve seen stronger breaths of wind than the contact on Hugill…
