@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I always do that part, then it tells me to check my connections etc etc, same old same old but I know if I leave it then it will just come back in 1-2hrs, which is what makes it feel like it's Sky's own maintenance taking it down rather than Openreach... No worries though!

@SkyHelpTeam No, An engineer has already been out and checked the dish, all the cables and signals where fine, even managed to get extra bit of signal by slight adjustment of dish, but signal isn't a problem, all in the 90's!
