    @SkyOceanRescue @SkyUK Great effort and commendable decision to make this choice. The UN biodiversity report states that plastic is not the biggest problem; it’s the fishing industries. Fish is purchasable opposite. We will stop using plastic to save fish but won’t stop eating fish to save fish 🤔

    So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

    @SkyHelpTeam Your customer service an absolute joke. Tried all day to speak to someone but your whole system is seemingly designed to prevent that. I've had a pointless text message that started at lunchtime today! 6 hrs later still no nearer to resolving broadband issue😠

    Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. My sky box is broken and needs an engineer to replace it. Your tech department are blocked from booking an appointment as your system won’t allow them to due to an error by customer services. I’m told it’s likely to be next week before I have tv. Not good enough at all

    @SkyHelpTeam When are you going to fix the issues with 'Recordings' not always grouping together? This is becoming worse with the same programs under multiple tabs, some listed under other. Also not always presenting the next episode in order.
