@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been on the phone for 40 minutes so far. This is the second time I called after being cut off the first time. The call handler spoke for 10 minutes about how much they love Gold Rush and didn’t deal with my call at all. Now I’m waiting for another 15 mins. Terrible!

You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Hi, I want to remove a package from my tv subscription but it won’t let me do it online, it says I need to call. When I call it always says the wait is at least 20 mins. Not great service!

@Carl_T_ @SkyUK 50% less than what? Most of the TVs have similar environmental measures and power consumption. You should also not need to replace a good working TV to get a streaming service - at what environmental cost? This ‘Certification’ is #greenwashing

@SkyHelpTeam what a joke. Mobile broke trying to organsie it be sent for repair. Technical support not allowed to speak to certain departments, then told the wait time has been too long and they aren't allowed to go over set times. You are a joke sky how do I get my phone fixed?
