    Shocking how Sky Accessibility treat its mobile customers, placed an order where it was discounted by using your piggy bank data due to a Sky technical issue they couldn’t finish the sale. The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet connection yesterday was terrible and dropped out over 15 times in four hours and today I have NO internet at all . I’m a key worker currently working from home and need my internet !

    @SkyHelpTeam The order was placed on Thursday but due to a technical error on your side it couldn’t be processed. Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

    @SkyHelpTeam Well I got a text at 8am telling me about a fault and then a phone call 15mins later from the open reach engineer telling me he would be with me in 15mins I queried it but he advised that someone had made the appointment. I mean it’s great service but was a little inconvenient
