So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately nothing helpful and advisor Janice was extremely rude, argumentative and refused to pass our call to a manager. We requested to speak to a manager 10 times. We are still waiting for a call back. Just not good enough.
