I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

Broadband keeps dropping out for 30s or so, but 5 or 6 times a day! they keep sending me info on how to fix my WiFi! And of course by the time they test my connection it’s all good again. Expect better for £30 a month.
