    @SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi our sky q box always tries to sign in to our neighbours sky WiFi. Everything we turn the box we have to reset the network settings to our own WiFi. Send help it's so annoying. Thanks. @anniehops

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we can't fet any internet at all from our Sky Q hub. Plus we can't sign in on the the sky website to test the broadband... not impressed with the price we are paying and having no internet..

    I tried to contact @skytv as my contract expired & I wanted to cancel a product I don't watch. Took ages to get through, and I ended up with a non-uk call centre who just tried to flog me stuff as I'm a "Diamond customer". Waste of time. Any ideas on actual service @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I havenโ€™t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

    @StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

    @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve just about had enough of sky now, our internet has been dropping out and/ or slow for weeks and now weโ€™ve had no internet since 4 oโ€™clock. Great value for money at almost ยฃ100 a month .........not ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment weโ€™re hiring from them! And they canโ€™t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

    Very disappointed with @SkyUK. I returned my device using Skyโ€™s own return packaging and instructions, yet Iโ€™m still being told there is no refund/update and nobody is taking accountability. Iโ€™ve repeatedly chased this issue, complaints have been closed without proper resolution

They would hate an ESL club going, they'd hate your stadium in the Chamoionship and getting rid of Sullivan via relegation is the easy option.
