BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!
