Tried to ring @SkyHelpTeam, gave up after an hour, tried to message, it times out. Sent an email 5 days ago but still no response. I appreciate these are difficult times but this is just ridiculous. I just want to cancel my subscription. Can someone contact me please!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a VIP customer I have no internet, this is a new hub delivered last month. Can’t watch sky demand, Netflix etc tried to call and a 20 min wait, what a joke!! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

@SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

@SkyHelpTeam No - I'm not having issues with broadband. Broadband is not with Sky and our WiFi is functioning fine. It is the Sky Q box that keeps cutting itself off the WiFi and hasn't been seeing the 5GHz band - Sky refused to look at it 9 months ago because of COVID!!!
