@SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

So day 5 of @DPDgroup_news being the worst f’in delivery company. My parcel has not moved in days every night they push the delivery back again. No contact from @SkyHelpTeam who don’t seem to care a £600 phone is missing. Not to mention this was a present for tomorrow. #DPD

By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

@SkyHelpTeam Regardless if it’s in east London or not, there is still an issue with the network as a whole as other people are experiencing this problem. The initial troubleshooting methods, of restarting the router is not working, after one day of trying multiple times.

@SkyHelpTeam I've done that through my app it said no known issues WiFi keeps dropping out and can't even get it on the second floor eventhough I have a booster there. Never had any issues like this with @VodafoneUK
