    @SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    I tried to contact @skytv as my contract expired & I wanted to cancel a product I don't watch. Took ages to get through, and I ended up with a non-uk call centre who just tried to flog me stuff as I'm a "Diamond customer". Waste of time. Any ideas on actual service @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband test is showing as fine but mine and my partners iPhones are NOT working. Our work laptops also not working. Broadband and hub switched on and off but the problem persists. Relying on 4G.

    I kind of have to agree with Scott Parker's comments regarding VAR. However I feel one of the biggest issues is that the rules seem to change from game to game. In one game something is seen as offside and in another its completely over looked. #sortitout @SkySports @FIFAcom

    @TC38534491 @HWick_Chris @SkySports It is impossible to have one rule for every handball scenario in leading to a goal. There are an uncountable amount of unpredictable scenarios which could occur during a match and pinning them up against this one rule is poor and wrong which has now fortunately been recognised.
