Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!
