@SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam I found that it's the last 4 digits of the viewing card. We have never changed it, and it's only recently become a problem. I took the viewing card out last night, noted the number, and it didn't work...So now I'm stumped. Can it be disabled? Once we get in?
