I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

@SkyHelpTeam … & both advisors struggled to book the openreach engineer too, the second promised he’d take ownership of my issue & scheduled me a callback for 1600hrs today whereby he said the booking system for openreach would be working again. I’m still waiting for that call. It’s now 1845

@richadams439 @SkyHelpTeam Some compatibility issue between them I think. But I'm paying for a service I can't use all of, and it's happening more and more with whatever I want to download. According to Sky there's a 'workaround' so it's worth contacting them if it's a problem for you
