I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.
