@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

@SkyHelpTeam all I wanted to do was cancel BT sport. Took ages to find a number. After 22 minutes I have a completely different package which apparently no longer includes ultra hd. As it happens I think ultra hd is rubbish. Your customer service is why I won’t have yr broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Appears to be an ongoing issue with BB speed and openreach saying it’s been fixed when it clearly hasn’t. As per his post reported to you 9th May but no fix currently getting 1.7mb which is too slow to do anything.
