@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

@SkyHelpTeam The order was placed on Thursday but due to a technical error on your side it couldn’t be processed. Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

Shocking how Sky Accessibility treat its mobile customers, placed an order where it was discounted by using your piggy bank data due to a Sky technical issue they couldn’t finish the sale. The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

Best way to describe it :-The box has lanes with numerous channel numbers 101,119,137,156 etc. When you have a fault with a lane all these channels have the same fault. I was thinking this but since others have problems

@SkyHelpTeam Morning Sky. So for over a week now been trying to downgrade my package. Called the number you sent me a link to twice where the automation seems to take your details to downgrade and nothing. Also asked for a call back and nothing. I bet if I cancel my DD I'd get a call.
