So day 5 of @DPDgroup_news being the worst f’in delivery company. My parcel has not moved in days every night they push the delivery back again. No contact from @SkyHelpTeam who don’t seem to care a £600 phone is missing. Not to mention this was a present for tomorrow. #DPD

@SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

@SkyUK have just set up sky go on my PS5 most things are working great however when I try and watch certain series on box sets(sky witness) I get the error message. You will need to be a Sky TV customer with the relevant pack to watch this program I have the entertainment package

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been absolutely terrible the last few weeks. Seriously considering cancelling and going with someone else. It’s unreliable and in this day and age it’s unacceptable.
