    So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

    I’d be extremely cautious to take @SkyUK broadband, 15 days now with no service, go live date 06/03.. still no sign of resolution #joke #lies #falsepromises

    @ThePollitt @SkyUK Having a similar issue. Broadband keeps dropping out for 30s or so, but 5 or 6 times a day! they keep sending me info on how to fix my WiFi! And of course by the time they test my connection it’s all good again. Expect better for £30 a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been trying for over 3 weeks now to speak to someone on the App Support team to resolve my Sky Go issues. For the 2nd night in a row I was put on hold by 1st line in a queue to them and my call was hung up on. PLEASE HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam i've just ran the test and its showing 11mg saying my hub is not running as fast as it should. i've booked out an engineer to visit. this has happened multiple times over the last 6 months and sky customer services constantly tell me there is no fault?
