    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is totally unacceptable. I know I’ll call my boss & say I may be able to work at some stage today. In times like these where work is being done from home so we don’t catch a pandemic your service is shocking

    @SkyHelpTeam I explained this to them, which they refused to accept. Have emailed their customer care manager and await a response. Dreadful service all round which won't be used again

    @SkySports @skysports continue with the repetition of an incident and repeatedly naming an individual who has had to hire security due death threats to him and his family. This constant harassment is unacceptable and unnecessary and adds fuel to the abuse suffered by them @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, and your online help steps do not help make the wifi better! The my sky app is pointless as it always says everything is amazing, even when the Ofcomm speed check says I am getting half what you state! Just update your router to something that can handle it!

    In-depth application 4 #customerservice role @SkyUK Grt questions on customer scenarios but not knowing how co works & their focus (customer care/profit) I put what was best in customer care. Application then rejected for not matching co policy. Isn't that what training is for?

    @SkyUK you internet severs are so trash like literally in my household we are ment to have Superfast fibre broadband but instead me got Sainsbury’s Wi-Fi fix your servers

    @SkyUK any chance of providing internet with an ounce of stability? Also can’t believe I got conned into paying £5 for a wifi guarantee. The guarantee is 3mbps, didn’t realise your broadband was still dial up!!!
