    Understand how busy @SkyHelpTeam are but the phone service is about as bad as I can ever remember....very quick to sign you up but virtually impossible to resolve issues over the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been trying for over 3 weeks now to speak to someone on the App Support team to resolve my Sky Go issues. For the 2nd night in a row I was put on hold by 1st line in a queue to them and my call was hung up on. PLEASE HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

    Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

    So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

    @SkyUK waited in 5 hours for BT Openreach engineer visit only to receive a text at 5:11 to say the “appointment has been missed” whatever that means. Unacceptable service for almost £160 per month. Virgin here we come!

    @SkyHelpTeam Followed all online help it's not working. I need a replacement box. I shouldn't have to keep resetting anyway. Sky are never interested in problems but take the money ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our WiFi only seems to work in our living room. We have run a check and it’s says nothing wrong. When we were trying to watch a film in our room it just buffered and never actually played. Anything I can do to increase signal strength?

    @bertblack69 @TheVillaVision @SkySports He'd be effective as a 10 but has less of an engine than Barkley. Saying that currently unfit Barkley has created our recent problems in midfield. Leaving Luiz and McGinn overloaded.
