Hi @SkyHelpTeam. Our WiFi has suddenly gone off. Intermittently shows it’s on but cannot connect to it. Are there issues in the Oldbury, West Midlands area?!!

I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?
