@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam Ermm, I have no Internet when I woke up. The issues affecting my service are for the north. It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. I’ve just renewed my contract which is now under review… seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?

@theblakemore @SkyHelpTeam Nothing from sky. Openreach via this platform have stated that there is an issue with the port that feeds our roads and it being a joint installation need sky to come and take a look. Someone is looking on Monday then they will update us further. Just blaming each other!
