    @NOWTVSport pissed off with this now! Bought monthly SkySports pass, watched one game two weeks ago, it’s still valid but I can’t watch anything via the NowTV app!!! If you don’t answer me then I cancel my subscription because I’m throwing money away!! #fools

    @adamantduncan @SkySports @LiveU Yes indeed. With more people working from home and others streaming or playing games online, most single network video delivery mechanisms won’t react to the bandwidth squeezes. We’re putting some docs out next week to this effect.

    I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

    @SkyUK been with Sky for 9 years, the Internet was poor, told to upgrade and did that in January this year! Sky Q, new speed, new router. Intermittent Internet since Feb, wouldn't send an engineer, as an NHS worker shielding at home desperately need it sorted.

    @SkyUK Rude Sky at customer services got upset when I called him out about sending engineers for installations but not repairs, he's reaction was to disconnect my Internet within 24hrs , he then transferred me to disconnect my TV package.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we have no sat signal still. Engineer changed the Q box over on Tuesday and said it was hot. Signal happened to be OK when he came but went off in the evening. We can’t watch live TV only catch up/on demand. Neighbours sky is OK.

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change
