I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@B6Nigel @SkySports Nigel, think it’s all to do with how long it has taken to get back with a couple of near misses. Along with the terrible previous owners that could have killed the club, I’mhappy for them to enjoy the 1st season back where they belong.

I always found the quickest way to get probs sorted with the TV service was to phone the upgrade line rather than waiting an age for the complaints depart to bother answering

@SkySports your treatment of the Bundesliga has been awful compared to past broadcasters… you guys show one game a day, it’s awful! How are you not broadcasting the biggest team in Germany week in week out. The last broadcasters only missed a Bayern game around twice in a season
