@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

@SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

@StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

Frustrated with @SkyUK today - problems renewing contracts using their website, call centre charging an admin fee for offers, won't swap out SkyQ box that doesn't support HDR without charging - for something they own!! Then got cut off so will have to do it again @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I raised an issue last week, engineer appointment booked with BT open reach to resolve my Broadband issue. Today the appointment has disappeared and my broadband is still not resolved. Customer for 15+ years getting very frustrated .
