@ThePollitt @SkyUK Having a similar issue. Broadband keeps dropping out for 30s or so, but 5 or 6 times a day! they keep sending me info on how to fix my WiFi! And of course by the time they test my connection it’s all good again. Expect better for £30 a month.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been waiting for ages to have this issue resolved regarding the termination of my employment, with your company, in relation to this reality show, yet once again, nobody in Sky has done anything positive, about this situation. 23rd of March, resignation!!!

So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, when will there be a fix for the sky go app on the PS4? I have had the same issues as others have reported that once open and it has failed loading the message “cannot contact sky” pops up. I have deleted and reinstalled the app as well restarting the PS4.
