Shocking how Sky Accessibility treat its mobile customers, placed an order where it was discounted by using your piggy bank data due to a Sky technical issue they couldn’t finish the sale. The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve done that, it’s all connected but just so slow! Sky box is no less than 3 meters from the box, nothing in its way and I’ve got a sky booster next to my sky box, can you explain how on earth it’s slow! Also won’t connect to my upstairs tv which is about 3 and half meters!

😒 2 phone calls this evening getting on for almost 2 hours, across 5 people and departments with @SkyUK to try and sort an installation for 2 vulnerable customer left unresolved when cutoff because the 'Value' department was closed - not feeling very valued at the moment.
