    @NOWTVSport pissed off with this now! Bought monthly SkySports pass, watched one game two weeks ago, it’s still valid but I can’t watch anything via the NowTV app!!! If you don’t answer me then I cancel my subscription because I’m throwing money away!! #fools

    @adamantduncan @SkySports @LiveU Yes indeed. With more people working from home and others streaming or playing games online, most single network video delivery mechanisms won’t react to the bandwidth squeezes. We’re putting some docs out next week to this effect.

    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    Tried to ring @SkyHelpTeam, gave up after an hour, tried to message, it times out. Sent an email 5 days ago but still no response. I appreciate these are difficult times but this is just ridiculous. I just want to cancel my subscription. Can someone contact me please!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

    @escapist1234 @SkyHelpTeam Your internet is crap and you make customers wait 10 days to send an engineer. 3 or 4 days later it magically starts working again. Happened at least 3 times last year. Absolute garbage and never explain, apologise or offer compensation. Definitely time to leave.

    @SkyHelpTeam slightly annoyed to say the least! Paid a premium for an engineer to come today (due to us working in the week) to fix our broadband for the second time in a month to find if the first engineer hadn’t done a bodge job in the first place this wouldn’t of occurred!!!

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK good morning I have been a loyal customer with U since 2012. Have an issue with Sky VIP for 18mths and still not fixed after numerous comms with U. I have 400GB in piggy bank aswell which I can't use without spending more money with Sky total rip off.
