For the 2nd night in a row I was put on hold by 1st line in a queue to them and my call was hung up on. PLEASE HELP!

Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.
