    Shocking how Sky Accessibility treat its mobile customers, placed an order where it was discounted by using your piggy bank data due to a Sky technical issue they couldn’t finish the sale. The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam The order was placed on Thursday but due to a technical error on your side it couldn’t be processed. Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

    @SkyUK customer service has been shocking. Sent a phone off because of an issue with the touch screen. There was no physical damage on the phone. Always had tempered glass and case. They sent it back with cracked screen and are refusing to do anything about it. Absolutely fuming

    @SkyHelpTeam just renewed with Sky and wished I hadn’t. Bad customer service first call. Second was all fine but they didn’t tell the truth about Netflix & how simple it is to switch it to sky and then the bills information makes no sense but I can see the extra “admin” charges😡
