    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having issues with my broadband/WiFi signal it keeps dropping out. I’ve done everything on your broadband help page and have tried phoning but spent 40 min on hold waiting to speak to someone.

    @SkyHelpTeam All I get given is the customer service number (03337591018) and then back to square one. Tried all different voice commands on your automated phone service and I’m getting nowhere

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkySports Absolutely ridiculous decision. WBA were actually doing good in the game. One stupid decision absolutely ruined the game. Can't fully blame VAR here, poor decision by the on-field referee.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can’t get on it to secure it. Your broadband is a joke. No help no resolutions just sign posting to engineers or techs who say all is fine when clearly judging by the widespread tweets that it’s not. I’m out I’m done.

    @alittlebitdan @bt_uk That’s why we left BT for @SkyUK. Horrible CS from BT. Had complaints open for months, they even closed them without our consent. Managers never called us back. They told us upgrading our package would resolve issues but it didn’t. Tried to bill us to leave 🙃🙃🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I need some help please. I sent an email to you on 29/05 advising as I’m moving I need to cancel my broadband (I’m out of contact), got a email back stating I’ll get a response within 24hrs however it’s been a week and I’ve no confirmation this is being actioned
