Shocking how Sky Accessibility treat its mobile customers, placed an order where it was discounted by using your piggy bank data due to a Sky technical issue they couldn’t finish the sale. The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam The order was placed on Thursday but due to a technical error on your side it couldn’t be processed. Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

My sky broadband is down FFS, when my step son just started a new job from home. It’s bad enough when it’s working (only in some parts of the house) Time to change providers, had 2 years of poor service. Even with booster add-on its poor. Come on Sky @SkyHelpTeam @moedybluz
