    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @TurfCastPodcast There is a crisis on our rail network (ref @AvantiWestCoast announcement this week) that is putting more cars on the roads. @SkySports must take this into consideration when scheduling their games. Supporters are the lifeblood of our sport without them the game is nothing!

    Absolutely dreadful customer service from @SkyUK - **** ups at their end and now I’m looking at being without broadband for 3 weeks - unacceptable. Followed by 2 x customer service representatives hanging up on me after refusing to transfer me to a Manager. Utterly appalling.

    @SkyUK One of your telemarketers called me from 0800 761 3362 and when I asked about Murdoch she slammed the phone down on me. How bloody ignorant...I was looking to take up this offer but not now???
