@pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

@SkyUK ‘Upgraded’ to SkyQ around 8 weeks ago. Intermittent broadband phone and tv for well over a week. Speeds generally woefully slow, Used your testing facility, instructed to phone, expected wait time ...45mins. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam Could you clarify if your engineers are allowed into the home of someone shielding? In Lockdown 2 our Engineer was very reluctant to come on, despite me offering to go into another room whilst my carer dealt with the issues I was having.
