@SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

I sent in a complaint to sky about their price increase, which was over 13%, and if I tried to cancel they were saying they'd charge £150+. Appreciate its mid deal and they have the right but this is ridiculous. No answer despite being a"diamond " customer @SkyHelpTeam

@ESPNF1 the broadcast deal you have with @SkySports is terrible. Why not get announcers that understand they aren’t just talking to a British audience? Nah, we’ve been stuck with these guys for the past several years.
