Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I definitely tried to run the test with WiFi off from my mobile but also from work. The #ServiceChecker tool itself is the problem. This was confirmed by @SkyHelpTeam CS. They cannot do anything until fixed, not even ask help from OpenReach. 3rd Day.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky boost new customer. Activated on 9th November. Service up for only one day. Sky cannot help as own service checker service down, cannot raise fault with @BTSopenreach without using Sky service checker. Only been down 72 hours, no resolution in sight.
