    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

    @SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

    @SkyHelpTeam No, but I know of someone who needs help with not having their sky broadband for twenty-six days, and is unable to directly contact people at sky who know what her problem is rather than getting through to useless automated troubleshooting guides. How about helping them?

    @SkyHelpTeam Last message from the network team was on Monday stating they will up date ne in a few days. Spoke to Open Reach engineer saying the problem is with Sky and round and round I go

    @gwalltgwyllt @SkyHelpTeam Also, legally speaking, *on top of the compensation*, you would be entitled to cancel your contract *without paying a fee* if they can't fix the problem within a month. Considering their incompetence/contempt it sounds like they have treated you with, might be be the way to go.

She just gets through to useless automated troubleshooting, or people who ask her to do *the same thing* 4 the umpteenth time. 27 days. Thanks.
