    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello @SkyHelpTeam we are still having issues with our broadband connection and have tried everything suggested online. We believe it’s a fault with the line, but calls are seemingly only for vulnerable people. How can we get this resolved? It’s 18 days since we upgraded. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been very slow for about a week now. Is there problems in Nottinghamshire? I've ran all the tests and nothing showing as wrong

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had an issue with my broadband & sky talk for months now, spoke to someone last week (finally!!) was sent a new Router ) that has fixed my broadband but my landline is STILL not working!! & don’t want to fill out a questionnaire I want u to fix the issue ASAP

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey now I don't pay for the sky in my house my mum does but u guys have cause a city wide panic, but when u check the website everything is OK. Its clearly not ok so if u had any common sense and wanted to try keeping the panic down then u should tell people what is going on

    @SkyHelpTeam @lukemcdiar Lainy, surely you are able to see which areas are impacted by outage rather than referring customers to an online tool that is of no use! Also, if there is an outage no need to book individual engineer appointments as that’s just wasting more time!
