@SkyHelpTeam Jason I don't think you are aware of my predicament: "Landline does not work -> No mobile signal at home -> Go out to find a mobile signal -> Phone Sky -> @SkyGroup cannot resolve my landline problem because I am not at home -> phone goes dead." Try it yourself
