@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

@SkyHelpTeam Checked all that was advised. Still no internet. Everything was fine and no trouble until setting up the new router. I didn't request a new router. So how do I get an engineer to call for which I am not prepared to pay as all was fine. M

@NickSandM @BarcaUniversal @SkySports That is True. We have only seen Improvements to some extent under Koeman but his Tactical approach is Garbage. Doing What we did with Moriba is gonna be difficult for players like Umtiti, Umtiti is 27 and legit doesn't care about football. He just wants money.
