    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    @SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

    @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve was helping testing of your Sky Go Apple TV app, with it allowing me to use it as I have sky go extra. Now it’s officially released it won’t let me log in, says I need Sky Q multiscreen. So I can test for you and then you take it away from me? Terrible service.

Happy to let me test it and feedback, and then now remove my ability to watch it. Terrible service. In contract for a while but it’ll be my last one.

    @aboutceltic @SkySports Take it and put a massive sell on clause. 30%+. If teams can put that size of clause in contracts for players that never made a 1st team appearance, we should be able to get that done no problem.

    @philliptasker @SkyUK Absolute joke! Was in Rhodes when the f1 British Grand Prix was on luckily managed to connect to my router via VPN just to get sky go to work! I’m so tempted on sky q -> splitter -> capture card —> Mac mini and stream the box across my home network that way!

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Glass is CONSTANTLY saying please wait for programme to load then goes to a blank screen. Before you tell me to troubleshoot my Internet...it is just fine. It's your shockingly awful Glass service that is full of bugs and I'm quite frankly getting sick of it.

    @danbridgland @SkyHelpTeam There’s nothing Dan is there? This is an absolutely terrible decision by Sky. I could go out and by a load of old Xbox or PS and have it, but not on my existing Apple TVs. Bizarre. Beginning of the end for me with sky, especially as they let me test it!!!
