The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day.
