By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam Never had before unless there was severe bad weather etc. Anyway picture is back. But I found that a recording is halfway through, then says program still downloading, but does not go further. That's when it froze. When I backed up and play again, it came to same point and froze

@SkyHelpTeam why is play back on Sky sci-fi and occasionally BBC 2 so bad. I pause it but it seems to get into a glitch when set to play. Not all channels, for me anyway as stated. Sky Glass user (for my sins).
