    By far the worst experience/experiences Iโ€™ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still canโ€™t resolve the issue. And Iโ€™ve been honest and told you that youโ€™ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to unsubscribe from a service. However I was put through to technical support and they said I would need to be transferred. I was and 45 mins later was disconnected.

    @SkyHelpTeam this morning my broadband was working perfectly. A team of engineers arrived with no warning blocked our drive & did god knows what with the telegraph pole & wiring, because they then left a few hrs later & I now have no signal. How do I escalate? I WFH so its urgent

    @SkyHelpTeam Wow - with no notice youโ€™ve shut our account, advisor I spoke to yesterday and raised a complaint with has taken it on themselves to close our account, I thought I was quite clear that we only wanted to cancel our account if the issues with glass werenโ€™t being addressed

    @SkyHelpTeam I have already tried that, every day, for the last three weeks, but no-one has been able to help me. All I have been told is that "someone from the appropriate team" will call me back within 24hrs, but this never happens!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for your mobile tech team to resolve a problem with my wifeโ€™s phone. Her number still isnโ€™t active, so she canโ€™t send or receive text messages, which means she canโ€™t use 2FA websites and Apple Pay transactions canโ€™t be verified
