@davman1971 @SkySports @SkySportsNews That’s one side of the story I got into cricket watching it on bbc but without the milions pumped into the game by Sky over the last 20yrs the England team would be no where near a World Cup final & we would probably down to 6 first class counties. @virginmedia But then that would be a fault with the router you provided then. A gig of Internet shouldn't be dropping to the speeds I've been getting, especially when I'm sat directly next to the router. My Internet wasnt this slow or lag so much when I was with @SkyUK at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just double checked and Wi-Fi has now gone off my mums phone too and flicked to mobile data 4G I think it’s an issue at your end and when I go to input the password written on the hub (written exactly as seen) it says incorrect password
