    @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

    @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, since last Saturday weโ€™ve been having trouble with our main sky q box recordings. A programme will start recording and then one will fail due to technical fault and then I canโ€™t record anything else until I reboot the box. Getting no hard disk error
