  @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

  @mark1984toon @SuperLeague @SkySports Skys coverage of RL is a shambles. Sky+ or Super League + coverage not working or constantly glitchy a regular occurrence. RL fans will watch any game even if it doesn’t feature their club cos they love the game but they’re being let down by Sky.
