When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

Just over a decade ago we could get pre-paid subscription card for a European satellite channel and watch all the games for a fraction of the cost. This was stopped. It's no wonder so many people have turned to streaming
