    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to unsubscribe from a service. However I was put through to technical support and they said I would need to be transferred. I was and 45 mins later was disconnected.

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thing is it doesn’t appear to be the signal when we restart the box all is good. I am fairly sure the fault is with the Q box as it has been doing odd things lately and we had to format the drive on it to get it working as well.
