    @SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

    @SkyHelpTeam The sky q box has no network connection. Only had full fibre fitted 2 weeks ago. Have only had the sky q box a couple of years. Have tried reconnection but has failed. Please advise
