    Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam We haven’t had Sky Fibre internet or phone for 2 days now. I was told it would take 72 hours and there was a fault at the Exchange. When are you going to fix it? I have a reference number but I’ve received no text either! I’ll be calling Sky this morning but this is unacceptable!
