Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam I took a free 4 week sky movies trial with the option to carry it on for 6 months at a reduced rate without a contract. I don't want to do this, but I can't see an option to cancel in the app. Is it hiding somewhere I can't see? Can you help at all? Thanks.

@TDonaghy @SkyMobile @SkyHelpTeam the mobile phone signal and data is total shite. The reason why the piggybank is a good idea to collect data is because you will end up using WiFi wherever you go. I have over 200gb 'saved' in less than a year I can't wait to port my number, sky is crap
