I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them

Opening statement “ I want to cancel and do not wish to renew my contract” Ignored me repeating this 1 hour to get to the point where they agreed to cancel after offer after offer.

So my sister phoned up and lied and said she'd gone into a nursing home so they'd cancel it!! They prey on the vulnerable elderly who they know don't understand these things!!

They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
