    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we can't fet any internet at all from our Sky Q hub. Plus we can't sign in on the the sky website to test the broadband... not impressed with the price we are paying and having no internet..

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Hi, I want to remove a package from my tv subscription but it won’t let me do it online, it says I need to call. When I call it always says the wait is at least 20 mins. Not great service!

    @SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been having issues intermittently with my broadband over the past few days and now it won’t work at all. Just tried to follow the instructions online and it says that Sky Hub can’t be detected I have an old netgear router! Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

    @truemagic68 It looks like he forced out... SkySports are just on some woke journey.. look what they've done to soccer special?... Personally it's terrible now. The BBCs treatment of Michael Vaughan as well has been disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam The gaps occurred between 00:01 and 127:00. It may be necessary to upload a new and complete .srt file to replace the massive gaps in the subtitles. Accessibility is actually a worryingly large issue with Sky
