@SkyHelpTeam had sky Q installed today but no mini box as requested was delivered I called you at 9 am to review the call and still heard nothing back been a customer for over 25 yrs really poor customer service sadly

Well @OfficialPDC, I can say that was the worst coverage ever! Apart from @DanDartsDawson, everything was rubbish! Could only watch on Sky Sports (that kept crashing!) as PDCTV website kicked me off after 2 mins and couldn’t get back on all night! #modusdarts #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkySports There's millions of quids in the football industry. Mainly from TV subscription channels The league's should distribute that fairly before asking the hard pressed taxpayer to bail them out There are far more important industries than football that have more urgent need of help

Worst customer service I have had from a provider. @SkyUK has really failed to deliver the service they promised when I was on my way to breaking the agreement. And now we are tied in again and all they have done is further eradicated the brand reputation. Very very upset! @Ofcom
