Stacey 🌻 (@steepair) reported@SkyHelpTeam No issues and says it’s triple the MBPS but not always the case upstairs and I have to come off the wifi and finish off what I’m doing using 4G just tried a laptop and it was 33Mbps. Not sure what I can do to get it to reach upstairs.

Even after resetting my box, refreshing my Apps in the secret menu etc… Losing the plot now. Help!?
