@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

Internet was down for almost a day. Regional issue. Not one SMS update from @SkyUK, until it was fixed, which is pointless. After the first four or five hours it must have known an estimated time it would take to be fixed, yet its engineers didn't issue any updates. Frustrating.

@samsaysmusic @SkyHelpTeam Again sounds like you’ve done no real troubleshooting to get the bottom of the issue. Unplugged and disconnect everything and just connect your device either over WIFI or directly to the router without the switch. You will see speeds near to 900
