    @SkyHelpTeam Your customer service an absolute joke. Tried all day to speak to someone but your whole system is seemingly designed to prevent that. I've had a pointless text message that started at lunchtime today! 6 hrs later still no nearer to resolving broadband issue😠

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we can't fet any internet at all from our Sky Q hub. Plus we can't sign in on the the sky website to test the broadband... not impressed with the price we are paying and having no internet..

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

    @SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q mini box was installed towards the end of last year and Most days the sky Q box doesn’t work. We contacted sky and an engineer is coming this weekend 3weeks after the contact and everytime I try to watch sport there is a problem, what can you do about this?

    @SkyHelpTeam To clarify - when the internet is working, your tool finds no problem. When the internet is down, I can't access the tool. Really can't understand why you think an online tool can help someone without an internet connection! It's been on and off 10 times in the last 30 minutes!

    @SkySports He blows the whistle as the ball is struck. At which point the defence stops. If he doesn’t blow the whistle Mane is 50 yards out with Lindelof next to him. *If* he manages to bring the ball down in that situation then he’s still got loads to do, hardly a great opportunity lost
