@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam 3rd attempt at trying to cancel my Sky Tv via the chat function, I’ve been waiting this time since 1.10pm while trying to look after a newborn. The hours I’ve wasted doing this are ridiculous. I assume it’s deliberate so people give up and keep Sky instead. Shameful.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, the service status was saying that there was an issue this morning, lots of posts on community groups about loss of internet in the area, now service status says no issue but still no internet in the area. Roadworks currently right next to street cabinet, causing issue??
