@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam I live just outside Milton Keynes and have been affected by the outage today. I’ve been without broadband since lunchtime today and therefore lost half a days play. Whilst I appreciate these things happen, what will happen about some sort of refund?
