    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a VIP customer I have no internet, this is a new hub delivered last month. Can’t watch sky demand, Netflix etc tried to call and a 20 min wait, what a joke!! 😡

    Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

    @SkyHelpTeam We've had technicians out multiple times and it's made no difference. We NEVER had any issues when we had @virginmedia!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been having issues intermittently with my broadband over the past few days and now it won’t work at all. Just tried to follow the instructions online and it says that Sky Hub can’t be detected I have an old netgear router! Help please.

    So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

    @SkyHelpTeam ve no internet no phone line I’ve done the checks - I’m heartily sick of paying for Sky Broadband when it’s poor at best for the bulk of the time. Every time we try to connect to another WiFi it says wrong p/W which is not the case - very fed up with the whole thing

    @SkyUK My wifi connection has been bad for the last 2 weeks! Although my devices say connected, in order to load my apps, I have to put my 4G on. With wifi, it says I’m connected but I don’t get any of my notifications come through until I’m out of the house and 4G has connected.
