By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

So day 5 of @DPDgroup_news being the worst f’in delivery company. My parcel has not moved in days every night they push the delivery back again. No contact from @SkyHelpTeam who don’t seem to care a £600 phone is missing. Not to mention this was a present for tomorrow. #DPD

@StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@SkyHelpTeam Do you have an email address for them please? I’ve resolved the issue for me but wanted to let you know so others don’t hit the same issue. You have to install and run once as a user in the admin group and then you’re fine. Otherwise, stuck in the update loop.

@SkySports FOCUS ON THE GAME & stop showing replays whilst the game is continuing; it’s really frustrating and pointless. This never happens with Prime’s coverage and they’re making you look amateur
