@StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam Please try reading what I am trying to tell, issue is “Intermittent" connection keeps dropping , there is a difference between bad wifi signal and connection drops , my LAN also doesn't work when connection drop

@SkyUK Checked via the sky mobile and O2 coverage sites. There was an issue with a local O2 mast but it’s showing as fine on my postcode. Hopefully it’s all rectified now. I have sent a report for my postcode on the sky mobile website. Thanks for responding. 👍🏻
