    @SkyHelpTeam please can you try and help with my mini box pixelating when watching recordings back? My boxes are already both on the same standby mode settings. Please send me a mini box hdmi cable and if this doesn’t work please replace my boxes. It’s no fun watching tv anymore

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, still no fix on the pixelating... 3 months and now you want to charge me more to watch pixelating! I did ask about a credit to my account to make up for the poor service I’m receiving, no reply. Seriously thinking of leaving.

    @SkyHelpTeam my hard drive was reset, however pixelating is again occurring whilst watching recordings back on my mini box. Please can you help it’s extremely annoying

    @SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t get reliable WiFi in the office. Working from home has become the normal but can’t use the office upstairs because connection is awful. Followed all the guidelines to try and make it better, no better. Any help? Booster?

    Hi @AppleSupport and @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been having problems with my iPhone 14 Pro accessing my home Wi-Fi. It’s essentially unusable. Every other device is fine. I’ve forgotten the network and rejoined. I’ve split 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Are either of you able to help me please?

I'll help you out with the answer just in case, no it hasn't. So wait patiently and then come back and ask if its been longer than 2 full working days

    @SkyHelpTeam So the problem was identified last Wednesday. My router has been corrupted - I should have a new router by Monday. Still waiting. Still not processed. Where is the urgency in resolving this issue? It is 10 day now. This is not even remotely satisfactory. I am still being billed.
