@SkyHelpTeam our broadband stopped working 20 minutes ago. It was absolutely fine until then although lots of people where I live have been having issues recently. Have done all the tests still doesn’t work. Amber smiley face lit on hub. Help.

@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

@SkyHelpTeam Furthermore this community support requires mobile data to access. if like myself your wifi is down, this completely excludes those without data. There needs to be a way of speaking to a person over the phone without internet access and without getting hung up on.

@bantammad95 @Jeemer3 @SkySports Absolutely. But when rules are changed to justify bad refereeing someone must react. Bednarek was cleared because Martial dived. Luiz does the same "offence" not cleared. Luiz gets red because he didnt tackle. At Chelsea he did tackle, still got a red card. Its confusing.
