    @SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you given incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or properly, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you.

    Wow @SkyUK your service is beyond shocking! You palmed me off to @BTOpenreach & they said internal fault back to you & nobody’s done a thing about it. Then, having missed my team’s last Premier League game of the season, we find out no engineer booked & next slot 28/5 it’s a joke

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam It is due to cancel on the 15th. I am moving house very soon, I was asked which address I need it sent too in which I asked how long it would take, I was told it would be around a week which meant my current address would be fine but time is running out

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam are the issues with broadband affecting Sky Q connectivity? Our broadband is fine with everything else except the SkyQ box this morning, lost connection earlier and now won’t reconnect

    @SkySports It wouldn’t be though would it. In any other industry NO-ONE would get away with such awful numbers. 38% over 1000 games and 30% at NUFC. You wouldn’t be waiting around for payoff you would be long gone for poor performance standards. 95% of the criticism is apt and justified.

    @SkyUK Don't you need to be online to use the TV with Sky Glass? Since your broadband is down so often, this makes the TV unusable.

    @187DZA @SkySports He might actually be trying his best with the limited squad he has. People are reacting like Newcastle have a fantastic squad that’s underachieving, when in fact it’s a limited poor squad working in poor facilities

    @SkyUK The lack of compatibility with other sky products shows how little Sky think about the environment. To tie everything up in a new box in a mega thick tv is just so beyond belief. It shows how out of touch they are. People want everything in one box, not a closed system. #fail
