How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

@SkyUK how can you charge £50+ for faulty and (when it does rarely work properly) terrible service and quality on catch up and recordings. I constantly need to restart my SKYQ box. I will NOT be renewing my contract when it ends. This is unacceptable! I thought SKY was good??
