@SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

@SkyUK Why doesn’t my sky app automatically select the HD channel when I record from the app? Just got home to watch the Arsenal game as I’ve been in hospital all day, and my planner has it recorded in standard definition WTF?! Why?! I selected channel 401 - which is HD!???
