Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

@Joeyhussell1 @SkySports Which shows a bad run of form.The running stats are as high (& higher) in those games as at any point of the season, so "burnout" doesn't appear to be a factor. In 18/19 leeds hadn't gone on a run of 5 wins in a row (without conceding) just prior to the last 9 games. Unlike 19/20
