    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

    Anyone else having issues with @SkyUK broadband. Last few months it’s barely worked properly. Old fashioned dial up would be quicker and better. Horrendous service. Time to leave.

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK. I phoned up at 8:45pm yesterday to report an issue with my Sky Q box, by 11:15am this morning a new box has been delivered to me. Great service!

    @SkySports It all boils down to what revenue is brought in via TV money, sponsorship etc. And pay in sports generally is in direct correlation to that. There’s equal pay in tennis because the revenue across men and women’s games is identical. Same applies to MMA.

    @SkySports If the ‘pot’ of prize money for the men’s World Cup is higher than the women’s. Then the national federations will share the pot proportionally. How good those players/athletes are is irrelevant. It all boils down how much money is generated. Quality of product will affect that.
