    @SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

    Hate the way @SkySports have designed their website in a way that when the TV is down and you can’t actually watch anything you can’t TALK to anyone either to solve the problem. I’ve made a little video if you are remotely interested Sky.

    @TheShortBlond @SkyHelpTeam I’ve actually gone to the CISAS website but I can’t see anywhere to start a complaint? Before I complain, I’ll give Sky BB a bit more time to sort this out! After 28 consecutive days under 100Mbps, all the evidence is on my side but, I’m also thinking of cancelling everything!

Sky do take the “P” and I’m sick of it!However this turns out, I’m NEVER going to sign up for Sky again! We normally alternate Sky, Virgin, Sky Virgin but, we’ve never had any speed issues with the BIG V!
