@deebop14 @emkav @SkyHelpTeam Wow this was a while ago.. I seem to remember the problem was in the actual phone exchange round the corner which is ancient in my area. I logged that many problems with Sky I was free to leave my contract. Luckily a far faster broadband in my street now. Hope this helped

Pretty shoddy service from @SkyUK, had my broadband order cancelled by them, pushing back my activation date (which means I can't work from home) through no fault of mine. No way to complain on website and no offer of compensation. Pretty disappointed...
