    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam This does not help me, your sky q boxes are notorious for dropping their internet connections either wired or wireless, the community pages are full of complaints but no definitive fix. I want to connect my sky q to a 5Ghz channel for stability, why can’t I?

    @Joe73647510 @SkySports If I’m being completely honest, I was poch out, Jose in. I do think Poch’s time was up, and looking back on it Jose wasn’t the right decision. For me I’m willing for him to see out the season but if things don’t change drastically it’s gonna be more bad than good to keep him on.
