@SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

After 28 consecutive days under 100Mbps, all the evidence is on my side but, I’m also thinking of cancelling everything!
