@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyHelpTeam thanks jason but since I used to work in Sky ADSL support I think I can safely say doing that will not help the whole street get back online.... if the system says "we are aware of the issue" then I would expect the issue to already have been logged for resolution...
