@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyHelpTeam I tried all of the articles and there seems to be a number of people who are having the same issues. When you go onto the application on your TV it asks you to enter a 6-digit code but when you log onto the website to try to enter that it doesn't give you option.

Very disappointed with @SkyUK and @SkyHelpTeam . As a long term customer I will be moving as soon as my contract expires. Sad after over 6 years of service, but their attitude stinks.
