And then switched to Thursday. And still not done? @SkyHelpTeam apparently can’t call your contact centre as it’s closed.

I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.

Still can’t fix it completely as the box is on a main road so he needs back up. Coming back on Monday. But this is the FIRST time he’s worked on the issue which I reported on Monday. I’ve been fobbed off all week! Told they were trying to fix it!

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

Hugely adverse effect on my business. @SkyHelpTeam palming the blame off on @OpenreachHelp and apparently not able to tell me when it will be fixed or why it’s taking so long. I’d never get away with such appalling service with my clients.
