Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Still can’t fix it completely as the box is on a main road so he needs back up. Coming back on Monday. But this is the FIRST time he’s worked on the issue which I reported on Monday. I’ve been fobbed off all week! Told they were trying to fix it!

I called three times on Friday to be told they can’t contact @OpenreachHelp via the phone so couldn’t pin them down about when my internet will be properly fixed. It’s just absolutely disgraceful
