    @SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyHelpTeam unbelievable service guys, three weeks ago I had fully functioning broadband and now after upgrading to super fast broadband I've been left disconnected for two weeks after my activation date. I truly cannot believe you manage to retain customers. #SkyQ

    @SkyUK I have a question.. The #TheGildedAgeHBO is a brilliant series. Yet the non HD version (which we have to pay for) is appalling visually. We have an HD TV. Seems you are deliberately making the non HD version so bad that you want us to pay for HD. Time to leave. #cynical
