    Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

    @SkyHelpTeam If you are going to make me talk to someone for 15 mins to run tests can you make sure your staff have decent signal. I have now been cut off twice from your worker & still no further forward. I’ve now reset router 3 times and had engineer out. This issue needs escalating
