I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed

Was told 48 hours tops as I was a superfast BB customer. All week was told it was being worked on. Engineer arrived last Saturday (first time he’d been briefed) Couldn’t fix it properly.

You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.

They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them
