    @SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been with Sky for many years and over the last few months broadband issues awful. We have checked the connection and it’s still dropping down or not working fully. We have called for help but nothing happens. Not happy right now

    @SkyHelpTeam So there’s nowhere we can actually get an update then? On the webpage it just says there’s an outage with no further detail apart from an assurance these normally take a couple of hours to fix (so far I’ve had no broadband for at least 8 hours).
