Was told 48 hours tops as I was a superfast BB customer. All week was told it was being worked on. Engineer arrived last Saturday (first time he’d been briefed) Couldn’t fix it properly.

I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.

Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed

I’d never get away with such appalling service with my clients.

Nothing they can do as @OpenreachHelp aren’t taking calls from them so they can’t find out when the engineer intends to finally show up. Absolutely ridiculous situation. Stalemate.
