@Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been out since midnight, Sky checking tool says there's an outage in our area, but has no details - is there any way to see more (maybe an ETA)? Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had to spend £33 on extra data for kids phones to do homework due to constant broadband dropping due to outages. This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

@JasonRushton7 @BBCSport @SkySports It was the worst thing I’ve seen on tv in the last 20 years. My son came and told me to turn it on and as I did I saw the guy jerking because of the defib. Then there’s the guys wife. I know it is not bbc cameras but there was a studio full of highly paid pundits to go to.

@witnesstom @SkySports Where did I say anything about booing was ok? Never did, never would! I did not say it was ok, so do not put words in my mouth. I just think it’s time for a more aggressive approach from the players and fans alike. Players taking the knee, and fans booing them is achieving 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Why such poor communication though? No one has updated me since I called sky 6 days ago. I was told then thatanother engineer was booked for yesterday but not heard any more and still without internet. How long is it acceptable to leave a customer with no broadband?
