    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    @SkyHelpTeam No it’s not. Like I said it been going on for a couple of months. The signal drops out for hours at a time. It’s just taken me over an hour to book a hotel online that should have taken 5 minutes due to the poor connection

    @steve_evo @SkyHelpTeam What's your minimum guaranteed speed meant to be ? I'm having the same problems with them saying mines meant to be 32mb download but clocking in at 10mb at best yet each time told it's fine from their end , was tempted to upgrade for faster speed but dubious

    @JBKid7 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Ongoing issues from Saturday night. The company who play out the channels have most of their systems down at the moment and are being repaired (fire incident). The Box is working, so is being used as back up.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was advised to cancel my direct debit and make a manual payment for what I actually should be paying, then set up a new direct debit and essential ‘wait’ for the sky system to confirm the swap is complete, even though I had an email a week ago confirming it was
