Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

I was assured this would be applied but having had my direct debit taken it hasn't. I know the offer has now expired but I applied before the end of offer. Help
