First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

I'm sitting in my hoose, thousands of miles away, and saw that the lad was knocked out from the replay of the incident, even if only briefly. Shoulda been taken off, no questions asked.
