    @SkyHelpTeam - 3rd Sky Q box in 2 weeks and still the same problem of the box freezing every 5 or 6 hours when on standby. Won’t record after it’s crashed and mini boxes won’t connect. If you can’t get the service working properly can you let me know when I can cancel?

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has been extremely slow for nearly a week. At best it gets up to 1mbps most of the time it’s around 0.3mbps. Reset the router multiple times, internet is slow on every device connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet

    Never accept a freebie from @SkyUK. I was given a 2 month free trial for Sky cinema in lieu of my internet breaking. Only it ended after 4 weeks. And they didnt cancel it when I unsubscribed & I was charged. Spent my evening sorting that out. What a hassle!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, that doesn't fix anything. I'm practically employable as an engineer at this point the amount of steps I've gone through. I'll give @virginmedia a shout and see what they can offer me instead
