@SkyUK I have been a customer with yourselves for over 9 years, we pay over £100 a month and to have an engineer turn up today to not even come in and attempt to put our broadband on and then disappeared. We’re without broadband and the next appointment is 29th December.

Have had the worst experience with sky!!! I am a first time customer and I advise DO NOT sign up to @SkyUK I will be telling everyone I know about the appalling service I have received from day 1. From late and delayed set up, to being consistently charged more than quoted.
