    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    @jsquires1990 @SkyHelpTeam ‘One cord’ went out the window as soon as the channel list was put online. Not all Freeview channels available… so an aerial would be needed. Awful product.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only sky could complicate a yes or no answer to a "can't be bothered to tell you,go login in using Internet on your phone that costs you money onto our usually inaccurate site that we only update after 1000s of customers say they have issue"
