    @SkyHelpTeam hi our Sky Q keeps freezing and saying we have no satellite signal, but our status is all fine as is our network connection. We have been through the troubleshooting online which hasn’t fixed it and you’ve removed your phone number to call. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I rang sky to renew my sky package, but the advisor said I can have it for £40 so I said whst about sky soorts she said I can’t give you price on that, I think it’s bad selling, *** would I know how much it will be in June, say if I can’t afford it at June then what

    @RyanJoForrester @SkySports No I agree the season needs to be finished! As there's a chance any team from 13th could get into the play offs. My main concern with the original tweet is the money these teams in the relegation zone will get if they don't go down. It's totally unfair!

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

    @SkyUK Buyer beware! Do not get this until they have ironed out the HUGE number of problems. I’ve spent over 25 hours on the phone to sky and it’s still a crap platform. Sky blame the broadband but it’s the tv that is the problem. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Well, @SkyUK is out after the latest bad weather. I'm not sure why we thought getting TV via a dish that couldn't stand being moved was a way forward with TV. So, it's The Wizard of Oz for me on 4K disc (not that my eyes tell much difference between 4K and blu ray).

    @SkyHelpTeam I do. I need a reduction in the price of my new contract. As an existing customer you want to charge me £54 a month. As a new customer I would get it for £39.a month. How is that right?

    @SkyHelpTeam please help. I've updated the sky store app on my 2 smart TV, and now it's saying they are new devices and won't let me play films on them. I've literally rented a film earlier today and now stuck watching on my phone. I can't make any device changes until March.

    @SkyUK What another Sky con , if they can stream the channel’s over WiFi , then why do we need to buy a Sky Tv to do it , with all the top shows there losing & more soon,Sky Tv is no better than Netflix So why the big cost?I’m going to cancel Sky & just keep Netflix & Disney Way cheaper
