    @SkyUK house move.... TV engineer 8-5 call out, arrived at 4.30pm with no contact all day to confirm the time, helpful! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

    @SkyUK hey sky, if I pay £900 a year for my Sky subscription and I want an additional box for multi room. Why are you not willing to wave the £50 fee? I thought I’m your favourite customer? If I leave, I bet it would have been worth giving for free then? #DebateTuesday

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I was mis-sold a package and have since been promised three separate callbacks—including one from a manager—that never happened. On one call, an advisor claimed to apply a discount but instead downgraded my service. This is unacceptable. Please contact me.

    @WeAreOpenreach @SkyUK There’s no info to pass on, nothing’s been fixed. Damage is still there, broken wires/no service. Unless you count someone lazily wrapping tape around the pole a few mins ago. The lack of urgency or concern is absolutely shocking, Openreach clearly couldn't care less.
