@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

@SamsungUK Hello JH, It's a flip4 5G... No damage at all. We bought it via @SkyHelpTeam . We now need to send it back and my partner will be with no handset for 2 or maybe 3 weeks. The handset itself it's on immaculate conditions. Still have the original clear stickers on.

@SkyHelpTeam Phoned 3 times now. Had an engineer fail to arrive on Monday and now waiting for a call back on Wednesday. Been with Sky for 31 years but plan to leave after Christmas now. I've been running out internet off of my 3 mobile hotspot and had to use over 70gb data in just 10 days
