    @SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

    @SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

    Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already had an engineer out and installed new master line. And test showed some issues and was xferring to agent. I am NOTTTT waiting about 20 mins again to be hung up on. Its the router that needs replacing

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Tried. More than once. Couldnt get thru to Switch Squad or Broadband Team. Default is to push to Sky TV team to get her back onto TV contract, and then they can't transfer. Time to change provider as service is poor

    @SkyHelpTeam I have multi room but sky movies etc not working. I called last month as I changed boxes - worked fine up until now. Lady on call this morning didn’t know what the problem was even after rebooting system. When she transferred me I got cut off!
