@SkyHelpTeam since I upgraded to fibre my internet is worse in the evenings and weekends. It's caused a massive argument in my family. Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly, since the engineer’s visit who declared all the boxes communicating properly, the problem is still evident. Internet service fails when mini box freezes. Can’t tell which box a WiFi device is connected to. This problem needs escalating or the ‘service’ will be dumped.

@SkyHelpTeam Hear you, but I love in the middle of London the internet quality had gone really down the drain, so I don't see how marking price up is justified? If my current business was performing badly last thing I would do is telling my customers I will raise prices by next month?

Sat at home all day with **** weather and @SkyUK broadband decides I'm not getting Internet all day, ffs ridiculous, nearly every other country in the world has 10x the speed country wide and has minimal outages in comparison
