    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    That @lionsofficial tour was dire. Awful rugby, awful refereeing, just 3 games of scrap. Not much for either side to be proud of. Currently resenting the extortionate @SkySports fees. Well done @WillGreenwood and colleagues for trying to make it sound interesting. Wasn't though.

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam I will be phoning in the morning because I shouldn’t be paying for a service I can’t use for my TV. And my personal hotspot on my phone has better speed than my broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been off for 6 days here in EC1M6AD and your team has been uncontactable. I’ve rung the complaints multiple times only to hear an automated message saying there’s outage in the area. Please sort.

    @SkyHelpTeam Incredibly disappointed with the service. VIP customers 20+ years. Ported a number from another provider 27/5 and still have no network. Told it was sky tech issue, then told it was a phone issue. Purchased an new 16 pro max and now still have the same issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam The same since last Friday. An open reach engineer is currently working on the issue, it will be resolved by the end of the day and you will receive a text bla bla bla

    @SkyHelpTeam @UswitchUK I’m trying to sign up with one of your broadband deals for £22 when I get to the end page, it tells me to log in despite me cancelling sky a year ago, so I log in & the price increases to £26 per month, why is this? I’m not a current customer
