    @virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

    Absolutely ridiculous service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - installed on the 9th November but nothing working till the 19th November!!! Paying for 100s of channels but receiving only 5 in that time!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @SkyUK I have just terminated our Sky tv contract after approx 28 years because of technical issues with Sky Q and SkyGo apps and the failure of your support team to resolve the issues and because you’ve been overcharging is for 2 years.#skytv #noloyalty

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @SkyUK my broadband has been down since 17th Dec. I have called 5 times and been told every time “an engineer is coming out”, yet this has not been resolved. I’ve now run out of mobile data and have been told you can do nothing to help compensate. This is a pathetic service

    @SkyHelpTeam Same training but if their English is hard to understand then your service is useless. That’s my experience- not a criticism of the country. Your response is typical of Sky’s contempt for its customers. I’m sure Virgin may be more helpful.
