    @SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

    @SkyHelpTeam But you charge for roaming whereas Virgin Mobile don't which pretty sucks as I'm looking to change providers because of roaming and Sky would have been an option if you didn't charge for roaming!

    @KatLueth @SkyHelpTeam Also from Twickenham here - and no Sky broadband for 24 hours now. Website says there’s an outage but also says ‘no problem with your service at your address’. Any chance of some clarity ?

    Rubbish set up service from @skyuk. Promised smooth transition on Thursday -anything but! No WiFi - hopeless when working from home- Sky TV not working. No engineer available til next week.. not impressed.

    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    So angry and disappointed with @SkyHelpTeam and their lack of help resolving an issue which will now leave me without broadband & sky glass services until 6th May, yet I’ll still be expected to pay my full bill price and on time. But they can’t be bothered to help!

    @SkySports Just watching #MUFC v #Brentford via your laughable #UHD which judders, slows down, speeds up, and is generally out of sync. Apparently this is a “known problem “ Advice please, I am on a rolling contract and will happily cancel otherwise.

    @Appletv please stop jamming the crappy and inferior @f1 broadcasts down our throat and allow American fans to watch and re-watch the superior - in EVERY way - @skysports broadcasts of ALL F1 sessions. Not just when sessions are live. But available on demand as replays as well.
