@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

Hey @SkyUK - can you please explain why,when I do an independent broadband speed check I get a result of 8.12Mbps yet when checking on the MySky app it returns 73Mbps?My continued connectivity issues tell me my speed’s definitely closer to the 8Mbps than the 73! Can you explain?
