    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 weeks I’ve been waiting for a issue am told was 2-5 days...It’s a problem at the exchange so no home visit needed...Shouldn’t you be pushing open reach to ask what’s going on ?
