@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyUK my experience is horrible! I stayed yesterday 2 hours with an agent today another hour and their answer was they don’t know what’s the problem and to pay more money to upgrade to ultra fiber ! Everything is buffering I can’t stream I can’t use my vpn atrocious service!

@SkyHelpTeam I already had an engineer that found the problem and fixed it temporarily and said if it happens again to call I’m paying you 65 pounds with no service provided I’m gonna escalate my complaint to the ombudsman and I’m taking this to fca as well I had enough !

@SkyHelpTeam It truly is appalling, I have made a complaint, I’ve been totally missold this and will continue to tell everyone I know & use social channels to voice my opinion. You have no idea how many problems this has caused when you both work from home. After 15 years I’ll be leaving…
