Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.
