Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.
