    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

    @SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    You’ve played a blinder #Sky. Forced me to come back to your broadband and now havenet connected me on the date stated. Looks like my 30 day cooling off period will be utilised to its max! Poor service. @SkyHelpTeam I’m now on hold... 10 mins and counting!

    @WeAreOpenreach the @SkyUK chat bot booked an engineer to sort out our sudden loss of Internet, how can we find out when an engineer will do the job? Your text message re booking had a support link but when we click it says Bad Gateway.
