    Darren Bent on SkySports last night bigging up the Utd v City semi-final after the crap they served up the other week and writing off Brentford with barely a shrug. His other contributions were dull as ditchwater. Makes you wonder why he was selected as a studio guest.

    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

    @SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can’t ring my landline number. Stopping direct debit till it’s sorted. This lack of service and the inability to talk to anyone is rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been checking the service status all morning. All the latest update says is they are working to restore services. Unfortunately this doesn’t actually give customers any useful information other than the service is down. Surely there is some kind of estimated timescale?

    @SkyHelpTeam Forgive me for pushing, but the major incident manager will have an idea of whether this is hours or days. All I'm asking for is an indicative, non committal timeline estimate. If you can't provide this please ask internally for someone who can. It's a fair question is it not?
