    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkySports Get rid of on pitch refs, they get more wrong than they do right. Everytime a player goes down its a foul so they encourage diving. Go full Video ref where the game carries on unless notified of a genuine foul, let let game carry on. Must be a way it can be done!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes done all that, says there’s a problem with hub - it’s keeps flashing orange going off, coming on for 5 mins and the going off again in the same continuous cycle
