So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been on the phone for an hour. It doesn't work and they have called an engineer for tomorrow. Not happy. 24 hours no work and no home schooling possible.

@SkySports Yep agree but How many mistakes from our players tho through out that game!! Some very costly mistakes!! Can’t blame the ref. We were awful

@SkyHelpTeam I will be phoning in the morning because I shouldn’t be paying for a service I can’t use for my TV. And my personal hotspot on my phone has better speed than my broadband.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is there broadband issues in GU22 area? It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@SkyHelpTeam how do I go about cancelling your broadband we have had problems with it from day one and it’s beyond a joke we had an engineer out yesterday which was the 4th or 5th time and it’s still absolutely useless won’t even support the WiFi on my phone.

@SkyHelpTeam my WiFi is non existent even in the same room as the router. I’ve changed channels / got extenders - it’s all failed. I’m paying for a service that is unusable. Can I not just cancel the broadband part of my package and find a supplier that works?!?!
