    @MarjoleinR @SkyUK Bs'tards did this to us too (at a time when early weekends calls were usually a family medical emergency). I phoned them to complain and asked them to stop, was told these were auto timed but would speak to the whatever dept. about it. It happened again twice after that.

    Hi @skyhelpteam, new Q subscriber here, I'm already on my 2nd Q box, 1st one was faulty, now 2nd one drops wifi every 30 minutes or so as do minis. It's not my router, nothing else loses it, only Sky Q. Any tips before I give up and leave for a service which is actually useable?
