    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I need your help ! Every night my interrogation goes down between 12.30 and 3 am !! During this time I have no internet access ive tried running tests abs they say an engineer needs to visit them after 3am it comes back ! Why am I losing internet every night ???

    @SkyHelpTeam So, I spoke to your team and advised of quality of service issues. A damaged cable I am aware of. You send an engineer and logged it as no service which was incorrect (I advised against engineer as we knew issue). Engineer confirms damage not yet repaired 1/2

    @SkySports His time needs to be up! Last night was a disgrace set up wise! Who plays 5-4-1 against the bottom of the league? SUFC should’ve been 5 up at half time! We have good players, just a bad manager! Every pass was backwards or long ball, that’s bad management! #NUFC #BRUCEOUT

    @SkyHelpTeam I then get a text from Sky to say issue now resolved. Here I am, still with a poor service that’s been in since Nov. Paying for full service and receiving half at best. Still damaged cable for open reach to repair. 😐

    @SkyHelpTeam Well that made my mind up you just lost a company I was in 2 minds this outage just made me realise what I’ve had to put up with Virgin have offered me everything all for £79 a month that’s had mjveiws sports and uhd and a mini box sorted

    @madebyclancy @SkySports 2 of the 6 or 7 were Ashley appointments the other 1 was fat Sam the rest were from other clubs. 1 would be excusable but to have 3 of the worst is difficult to comprehend.
