@SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

@SkyUK how can @BTOpenreach1 cancel a line fault inspection visit without communicating with you or the customer. Shocking customer service from both parties, line has been down 5days with no confirmation of when it's even going to be looked at. Poor communication from both.

Appalling service from @SkyUK wouldn’t allow me to exercise my right to cancel my upgrade to FTTP within 31days and go back to my original package with entering into a new 18month contract so they have cut me off entirely. Need a new provider Asap.
