    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Wow you can’t even keep on top of your communications - if you bothered to look you would of read the ongoing saga about a cancelled install following a move date and broken cable @SkyUK 1 @virginmedia 0 !!! 5 times cheaper to keep a customer than create a new one

    @SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam there is some wind outside but constant loss of signal. Absolutely annoying. Recorded F1 qualifying but completely disrupted. Great!

    @OpenreachHelp it seems all broadband in our village has gone down. Happened on Friday and came back same day, then went down on Wednesday and hasn’t been restored yet. Heard there is a wider south-east outage? Is that true?! No info from my ISP (@SkyHelpTeam)

    @SkyHelpTeam I get the same on desktop and IPad, it’s not a browser issue. Curiously, if I press the button to add something to my package, that link works. It’s just the removal link that is dead.

    @SkyHelpTeam your telephone system is absolutely useless, I have tried to call you about a problem with a return of an old hub, but the stupid system won't let me talk to anyone and keeps sending me a link about no signal

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done the other checks. Check via phone failed. Check via laptop failed also. The road where the exchange is is being dug up by the gas board. I have no doubt that's where the problem is.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still waiting for an engineer to phone me to arrange a visit regarding a faulty router. I was promised a call back in under 3 hours. That was on Tuesday now Friday, still no callback. Cant get through in phone - tells me to wait then cuts me off. Please help
