    After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, still unable to perform the full diagnostic tests but my next door neighbour who is with BT is experiencing the same problems. There has been some contractors working at the top of our road today, is it possible they may have disturbed something?
