    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we recently got sky Q but the past couple weeks its not been letting me download or record things & the only way to fix it has been to turn it off & back on again which is now getting very annoying

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    because when he said it would £65 pound for the main socket to be moved in my room to get good service . he then said we don't supply that service when he clearly said it would cost £65 to move the socket . seemed like he wanted his way (rodger) @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam very poor

    yes he told to get cables what ive already tried and it felt like he didn't belive me . awful service . I pay a lot of money for my sky i don't expect my services to be slow and if a customer wants help he should be helping not over powering and not believing @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done the testing and it said it needs an improvement. They told me to wait for 48 hours as they were trying to improve (on their side????) it but not much change. I’ll call the help centre.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s a complex issue that’s why I was told to ring cust services but more chance of speaking to the pope! It seems my account is crossed over with my mums, when I log into my sky it pulls up my mums info and sky package, also I can’t get sky go due to this issue

    @SkyHelpTeam since i left sky in june (with a very clear reason as to why, and why i wouldn’t be able to return) i have received a call every month asking me to return. every time i tell them why and they say they’ll remove me off their list, but they never do??
