    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

    @SkyUK Internet out all day in Bath. Still off. Had an engineer appear at midday to confirm 'yes it's definitely off, look at that amber light'. Still nothing. No information about what the issue is, when it will be fixed etc. Shambles. Wondering how the Internet is on Virgin 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam It said it couldn't connect to the router. It seems alot of people locally had problems with phone lines. As it affected our landline (no dialingtone) I didn't book an engineer as the diagnostic told me to. I left it till this morning and all was good again.

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem with sky is getting cut off when final put through to someone, oh yeah, I had to call Sky as the person who promised to call me today did not and there has been a change on my account without discussion. Absolutely awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Taken out a new sky contract, had to constantly wait for the service to actually work. Then the first payment come up with an addition 250 charge for the previous month WE DID NOT have any service on sky. Apparently our fault for not saying.
