@SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

@SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

@SkySports Was really enjoying it and looking forward to rest of weekend. Just turned off and gone to bed. Worst part was ref gave decision on faulty rule. Said they didn’t wait 10 seconds but then asked the Euros if it was overhanging. Sad day for golf. Again.

@SkySports This is an awful decision. It's beyond the hole and not overhanging by a long way. It's never going in. Yes it's been picked up early but TV review should clearly show its never going in. Between the ref and the review team that's an absolute joke

@SkyHelpTeam Not finding that, just keep looping around to the same steps. Connection continues to disconnect whether WiFi or cable despite following all the steps. Finding that my Fire TV box also has issues, but less so. So frustrating!
