    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

    Heads drooping down, hardly any communication amongst themselves. For a number of seasons now we’ve lacked leaders on that pitch. As Souness said many times on SkySports & he’s right - which senior players do those youngsters and new signings look up to in that dressing room?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there any ownership at all for broadband outage issues and when it will be resolved? Currently paying for broadband & multiroom that doesn’t work & then data on top? That can’t be customer service???

    @mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

    @SkyHelpTeam the level of service has been horrific for atleast 6 months now, sky q box just loses signal constantly. Third different box and same issues still remain! Although we have put up with current one for three months without improvement.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's pretty straight forward I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 3 months. I have tried via website, email and telephone to no avail. I am sick of the price going up with nothing in writing from sky. Its to expensive for a basic package

    It is now 51 days of no service from @virginmedia. All I need is a 'night pull'. 51 days, over 50 calls, and not one manager has called me back, not one agent has managed to book a night pull. Compensation currently over £450. @SkyHelpTeam fancy making me a deal in BL3?
