    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    If any more sports are cancelled #skysports may have to be suspended as they will have nothing to show. Which then raises the question will #sky credit its subscribers for not being able to offer a service

    @SkyHelpTeam need to speak to someone about cancelling our contract as we are moving out our house at the end of the month. Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

    @SkySports @GeoffShreeves The deflection was so bad even if that player wasn’t there De Gea wouldn’t have got there . So I think the goal should stand .

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

    Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

    @skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

    @CFCPys @SkySports Agreed abt tuchel, but for me it is sacking him and failing to keep rudiger+christensen or add properly to their defense. Koulibaly is very short term, T.Silva is probs done after this season and fofana is injury prone. It has been a collosal failure to fix a glaring issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma I was advised the delays are no longer and the remote would take 48 hrs. 20 days plus is terrible. This is in my first month back as a customer in several years.Can you advise my options for cancelling the whole service including Internet service if this is the response

    @CFCPys @SkySports potter is the worst coach have seen since 2003... some chelsea fans will criticize this, every coach chelsea had, had abit if identity and inpact in play, with potter and all those games am yet to know what potters plan or style of play is.. he has no Anger to win, nor mentality
