    @SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't contact you often but we have been putting up with a terrible internet service for over a year now and ive been with sky over 21 years. I'm quite easy going but this is beyond the joke.

    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

    @skysports I read Dermot Gallaghers #refwatch report re the Martinelli red. The first incident occurred prior to the ball being in play and the player tried but failed to stop a quick throw in. If he had succeeded then it should be a card but an advantage remained so no yellow

    @SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Rather than a complaints team call I've had yet another sales person tried to sell me something. The number attached only deals with product complaints not service complaints so it is useless it has taken 5 days and all I've had is awful service where noone wants to help

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning hope you are well. Having an issue with my broadband constantly dropping out and wondering if it could be my hub. The hub normally is quite hot but at the moment I could probably fry an egg on it. Any ideas guys? I do have an old hub I could potentially try.

    Take away the facts, Drysdale can’t be squaring up like that, he needs to be calm, but take a moment to think about how refs are treated, spoken to and what they put up with, on and off the field! I’d put that all down to stamping his authority to idiotic players! @SkySports @FA

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Also I emailed last year about canceling Spotify after the 6month free offer never got a reply emailed loads and still not canceled asked Spotify to do it for me but they can't as it's through sky. Seriously you guys have got to find a better way of keeping customers
