    @SkyHelpTeam Why does my sky plus box tell me I've lost my Internet, when I clearly haven't, as Netflix, Prime, and all other Internet channels are working. This keeps happening,, and can be cured by rebooting. But for the cost of this service this shouldn't happen!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky go on an alternative device? How can it take 3 days to cancel an order which YOU placed in error? And why does this stop you being able to arrange an engineer? Do you expect a family of 4 to sit around watching tv on an iPad when I’m paying over £150 a month for it?

    @DavidCawdrey @SkyHelpTeam @x_Jables_x Sky broadband is down all over many areas in Ireland too. This is clearly not an individual issue. Please let your customers know what is happening. It has been several days now with no Internet at all. We will definitely be shopping elsewhere for broadband.
