    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need additional help My phone has cracks on the screen but because it's a P40 Pro HUAWEI it's pretty much extortion to have it repaired. Quoted over £248 ..it's not possible. I even have insurance but this phone isn't covered.
