    Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

    If any more sports are cancelled #skysports may have to be suspended as they will have nothing to show. Which then raises the question will #sky credit its subscribers for not being able to offer a service

    SHOUTOUT TO @LQcontactus & @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can any of you assist in making sure I get a good signal to my SkyQ box because it’s glitching and no one is taking responsibility for fixing the communal dish/aerial. I would love for this to be resolved! #skyq #communaldish #lq

    @SkyHelpTeam need to speak to someone about cancelling our contract as we are moving out our house at the end of the month. Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

    @SkySports will subscribers be getting a discount on the sports as you are not showing any at the moment it’s not going to go down well if you profit from this terrible situation after all we are paying you for a service which you are unable to provide

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @SkySports @GeoffShreeves The deflection was so bad even if that player wasn’t there De Gea wouldn’t have got there . So I think the goal should stand .

    @skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.
