@SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

@SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

@Sammi30424770 @SkySports He plays 7 defensive players which leave one of the best strikers in the world having to track back to the halfway line to get a touch. Halfway line where he is never going to be a threat. Where he doesn’t get a sniff on goal. So no, I don’t think he’s that bloody great.

@Sammi30424770 @SkySports We were in the half of the draw with pub teams in it. We avoided Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium. We played most of our games at home, in front of a partisan crowd. We played probably the worst game I’ve ever seen against Scotland with 7 defensive players in it.

@SkyUK Sky you are a disgrace. I've just tried to call customer service because my Netflix account has been reduced to a basic package. After 20 minutes of waiting on hold I was cut off. There are no options online to resolve my problem. Absolutely ridiculous.
