    Interesting now #ScotsLouise from @SkyUK has broken news that my 88yrold aunt can’t get landline until the 17th March, even though order has now finally been placed, @SkyHelpTeam have gone very quiet! I’m sure @OfCom will want to know she will be without landline a whole month!

    @SkyHelpTeam The screen has has a message since yesterday “your box is initialising, please return back in the future” - now saying they HD box is not getting a satellite signal - I need someone to call him to sort this out

    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having problems with email I can’t access it via the website no problem but my email client on my phone and my outlook on the PC are both saying the password is incorrect I know it is correct as can logon to website

    Why is @SkyHelpTeam Broadband so poor. Every night there is a problem. Dont even bother with WiFi but can’t access Netflix and when I can it buffers. Costs a bomb too. Pony. Need a change.

    If any more sports are cancelled #skysports may have to be suspended as they will have nothing to show. Which then raises the question will #sky credit its subscribers for not being able to offer a service

    @Dava711 @SkySports Basically the plane flies up and down and at the same points during the the arcs passengers will experience weightlessness. You can pay as a member of the public to do it, not that I have of course, what I mean to say is it’s not that uncommon and can be enjoyed by those with 💰

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep losing sound regularly on my sky q box, after watching an app like netflix or disney plus, it's then needs resetting to get sound back, csn you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam - Hello, I would like to raise a complaint why that my fibre broadband connection has been 'fixed' where there are consistent issues two days running. I rang up via sign video to find out what is going on. I have to rebook an engineer AGAIN after today was cancelled.
