I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Which doesn’t exist anymore. Are you actually on the old white box? If so. You’re being robbed get off it and get Q installed.
