    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to book an engineer visit, online booking not working... now on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this it never helps? Every time it goes off I do this and in the end I have to wait for it to resolve and come back on itself, so your just useless and you don’t even try and help!! Your company is truly awful, how you have customers I have no idea!!

    @SkyHelpTeam That's looking at it very charitably - you still have an issue beyond the outage - that second image asks me to click on the "Service Status" page for updates - which, if I click on it, then tells me that there are no issues. It's not helpful.

    @SkyHelpTeam - there seems to be an issue in Sutton Courtenay. Internet down for ourselves and a few neighbours. We can't get through on the phone. Do I do the hour commute to the office or will it be fixed soon?
