    Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm not seeing these options. The website tells me that the hub is connected and simply stops! It may well be connected, but that isn't the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't think the issue is the broadband. I check the speeds on it whenever the issue happens and they're still completely fine (over 100mbps)

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. I have a sky q box connected with lan direct to router and fast broadband (~120mbps). UHD films keep stopping midway through at sporadic intervals with message 'please wait for more to download'. Don't have similar issues with Netflix, Prime or Disney+
