    @SkyUK internet coming and going. Twice I’ve rung to be fobbed off with engineer will sort. Was also promised booster voucher to buy from Tesco. Not received complete joke. I want a refund and problem sorted. I’m paying enough

    @SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

    Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh if only I could get in touch and not be left on hold for a lifetime. The ineptness of this company has caused myself and my poor dad serious stress. Wasted hours of my life on hold waiting for response. One is still outstanding from months ago. Get it right 1st time round
