@SkyUK finally, after 14 weeks and 4 “engineer” visits I have a fully functioning Sky TV system. Still waiting for “promised” callbacks from managers. What terrible customer service. #skydontcare

@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

@SkyUK Sky is terrible, they first advised they can provide broadband in my flat and made me wait 2 weeks to say they can't, then they say they'll give us a voucher as goodwill.... Guess what they lied. Then they charge me £152 after they cancelled our service? I want a deadlock letter

@SkyHelpTeam Twice within in the last month both SkyQ boxes have lost their connection and no matter how many times the customer advisor tells us to turn it off and on and unplug the TV and plug it back it it just doesn't work. over £100 a month and we can't watch TV.
