    @skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

    @SkyUK @SkySports Instead of making people ring through to cancel their sports subscription,why not follow the lead of Neville and Abramovich and automatically cancel sky sports subscriptions until football is up and running again,not a lot to ask in these troubled times,cheers

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

    @DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

    Sick. Payed £30 for Rotherham train tickets all for the game to be moved to the Sunday due to SkySports, paging £50 odd to get the train in the Sunday and now the game ain’t even happening. Shit **** virus, **** off

    @SkySports Both could, max knew Lewis was there he still tried to turn in to make the Apex. Poor judgement to think Lewis was just going to let him have it. Game on in the title race which is good for all of us who want a competitive season not over with 5 races left.

    @SkyHelpTeam Rung 14 times as a new customer. The broadband was registered by sky to another address after a week of tech calls. Needed to be cancelled and a new order put through. ( 2 weeks no broadband ) No call back had to chase, no compensation and a quote of £10 more than original price.

    @SkySports One season changes a lot, trying to take Zaha off us last year, this summer signing out of contract Andros! He will work hard for the team but that's a huge step down
