    @SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

    @Crocidolite11 @SkyHelpTeam This month They gave me £4 for a weeks’s total loss of service (bare in mind we are WFH and need wifi) - They promised us a refund for this months’ bill and then later said no sorry we can’t find any record of that conversation 🙄
