@SkyHelpTeam Hard disk problem. I have TV on now but it’s slow with scattered programme listenings. Can’t watch recorded programmes. My BT broadband is also problematic. I’ll reboot this later. I just need an engineer here. I was told I would wait 2 weeks 😳😳😳😳😳
