Hi @SkyUK. My original offers have now ended and I’m paying about £40 per month more than I would be if I was a new customer. I’d like to resolve this but no phone number I can find works, and it doesn’t appear to be easily done online. Can I actually speak to someone?

@SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

@SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

Don't get stressed by @SkySports pundits and their bias. Just drink their tears with a smile on your face. Bit disappointing that @9smudge can't help but put the boot into the club that made him, but some ex pros are like that. We savour their bitterness and move on.

They are now happy productive people thanks to Tory policy, putting an end to them taking the state support option.

@Super6Legend1 @SkySports Well they did help most in the pandemic and they did throw an extra 150 BILLION POUNDS at the NHS to help them deal with Covid. Most people I speak with, think they did a good job on that front

@SkyUK My parents have been without sky tv,email or phone for 5 weeks now! My Dad has leukaemia and is vulnerable- shame on you for promising them it would be fixed every week then failing to show up. I’ve urged them to cancel with you ASAP.
