    @SkyUK can you explain why in le13 we have had no Internet all day and getting no response or updates from yourselves or bt???? When I run a test its saying no issues well I can assure you that's not the case as our whole area is complaining of the issue.....

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already made a complaint but instead of a response I got a letter telling me my sky service would be restricted 🙄 I don’t have any sky services. Don’t worry I’ll wait for 8 weeks to roll around escalate it to the ombudsman
