    Defo going to join @Skyuk tomorrow had enough been a customer for over 10 years on top package and had nothing but shit for last 6 months. Told Virgin this they said Sky can offer 350mb fibre I said no good if you can’t connect to it in half your house

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got everything with Sky except mobile. Was hoping to see deals available to VIPs but was directed to the app which gives an error. Was offered a callback to discuss deals but waited in vain. This was over a month ago. What a way to treat a 15+ yr loyal customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam ordered an iPad before 9pm Thursday, so should have arrived Friday as stated when ordering.. iPad didn’t arrive and tracking says it’ll be delivered Tuesday! Poor show Sky.
