@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

@SkyHelpTeam But still no contact number?? It would be easier to get into Mi5 than Sky Customer care! I dont live by my mom, so its not convenient for me to get there and sit tightly waiting for someone to answer me, if she had a number she could call herself and get this sorted
